The hotel facilities are old, the carpet has not been cleaned, and the head of the bed is moldy. People with allergies and rhinitis are not recommended to stay (I have no allergies, and my nose will be blocked at night). Those who pay attention to hygiene do not stay. According to the law, the construction should be Monday-Friday 8-17:00. Called the front desk several times, still no improvement. Those who don't listen knock on bricks. The hotel has no ability to control the construction party at all. 3. One day when I returned to the hotel, I suddenly sent a notice that there would be no hot water from 9 to 17 o'clock tomorrow. This kind of thing can't be controlled in such a big hotel? It is normal that the facilities are old and broken. But it can't be notified the day before. What should people who have already checked in or are heading to the hotel do? These things can be told to the customer during the booking process, so as to reduce the inconvenience of the guests as much as possible. 4. The staff training at the front desk is okay, and they are quite proactive with a smile. This is the only part that works. In the end, there is a problem with hotel hygiene. There is a problem with hotel management. The hotel handles things from its own standpoint and does not take the guests seriously.

Extremely bad experience. I was reminded to renovate at 9 o'clock the night before. I expressed my understanding. However, at 7 o'clock, the wall was smashed and the noise was extremely loud. I complained 3 times to no avail. What's more, when we were still taking a break after eight o'clock, someone came in directly by swiping their card. Very disappointed with the hotel management! How worthy of 4 stars!

The hotel shower room leaked, causing me to fall in the bathroom the next day. The hotel only gave me a bottle of safflower oil and asked me to return it. Now I have a broken ligament and am wearing a plaster. I may need surgery in the future. The hotel did not care. It's absolutely amazing. I advise you to pay attention to safety when staying in this hotel, otherwise it's your own responsibility! ! !

Checked in on the night of the 29th. The temperature outside was 14°C and the room temperature was 18°C. The central air conditioner had no heating. I asked the front desk to tell me that the air conditioner was not turned on due to the change of seasons. Then I asked the 4-star hotel if they knew the basic check-in hardware and service conditions. How many degrees do you want? , I said 25-26℃, and then I replied that I would give you a little sun to deal with. I said how many stars does your hotel have, and the answer was 4 stars. I was speechless! The indoor facilities are outdated and not in line with the stars!
