Great value for money. Breakfast choice is okay, there are western menu as well although not much. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious.

Great experience here overall. The hotel, rooms, amenities etc are clean and beautiful, and very decent for the price. The exercise room is quite small, but didn’t impact my experience very much. Location is good and convenient.

The bedroom window doesn’t perfectly close, should be repaired. The it was a bit cold, the AC only cold air but we already the end of October.

The room was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes. The disposable items provided are also very good. There is a password box, a washing machine in the room, and even a refrigerator and a kitchenette! That's pretty impressive! There is just no intelligent control, so there is still room for improvement.

The moment I opened the door, I felt that the room was really small. There was a wardrobe at the door, and the door was difficult to open. There was only one small window in the whole room, and there was no ventilation. The room was also relatively old. The door of the washroom was broken and could not be closed. The shower head pipe was also rotten, and the hair dryer was also broken. However, after I called, the staff helped to replace them in time. There were also a lot of water stains on the washstand in the room. I wiped them but they couldn't be wiped off. It looked very dirty. There was no one checking in for breakfast. Does that mean everyone who checked in can go in? So do those of us who pay the money feel like we are the ones being blamed? There are also few types and few locations. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this time the experience was really bad.

The hotel's breakfast is delicious and the front desk service is thoughtful. I also served you tea. I will order it again next time I come to Wuxi. The pillows are a little more comfortable than other similar hotels. It is very friendly to horse racers. Parking is free and you can go in and out all the time. There are Yaohan nearby to visit, which is very convenient.

The lady at the front desk was very gentle and polite. She changed my room twice and I stayed there the next day. The big bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I haven't had such a good sleep quality in a long time. It was a very satisfying stay.
