The environment is great, and the front desk lady was very warm and helpful. The service was excellent overall. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Had a fantastic stay, the overall environment was quiet and pleasant, the facilities were modern, and the room had excellent natural light. It was very clean, and the staff were warm and friendly. Getting around from the hotel was convenient, and it offered great value for money. It was a very comfortable stay, definitely worth coming back to.

The room facilities are outdated. The air conditioning doesn't cool, it just blows air without actually chilling the room. The room was incredibly stuffy, and the windows wouldn't open – the handles were designed in a way that made it impossible. The room clearly hasn't had any ventilation for ages. The air quality was terrible. It was so hot and stuffy I couldn't sleep at all. I finally managed to fall asleep past 2 AM, and when I woke up in the morning, my throat felt scratchy, likely from dust in the air conditioning. I was so uncomfortable in the middle of the night that I seriously considered going to the lobby to sit there all night; it was that miserable! It's not even as good as a standard chain hotel.

Conveniently located right next to Wuxi East Railway Station, the hotel boasts a great environment and is very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and enthusiastic. Laundry facilities were also very convenient.

The surroundings are good, right next to the East Station, and there's a mall downstairs. The room is quite spacious, and the front desk even upgraded our room during the holiday. This will be my first choice hotel next time I visit Wuxi.

Booked this hotel for a business trip to Wuxi. It's super close to the high-speed rail station, just a ten-minute walk away. The service and rooms are consistently excellent, just like you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. The room view was great too, and the breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location, close to Wuxi East Station, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and there's even robot delivery! There are also many snack shops nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is near to Wuxi dong station. It is new and clean. Shopping mall is only next to the hotel. very convenient.

Staff were friendly and allowed me to leave my bag there after checkout while i concluded my meetings. The breakfast included was also a beautiful array to choose from. My only disappointment was that the bar was closed while I was there.

The hotel's location is fantastic! There's a McDonald's and a supermarket downstairs, and it's less than a five-minute walk to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting to any attraction. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious too. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Wuxi. Highly recommend!
