The hotel is elegantly designed, beautiful environment, and complete supporting facilities, especially the hot spring facilities make people feel like they are in paradise. Every staff member smiled and was warm and thoughtful, making me feel at home. Whether it is dining or leisure and entertainment facilities, I have lingered and experienced a pleasant holiday. Secondly, I want to mention Xiao Yao at the front desk in particular. She is not only friendly and beautiful, but also a professional and attentive service staff. During my check-in process, she patiently answered all my questions and took the initiative to introduce me to the hotel's services and facilities, which made me feel concerned. Throughout the journey, whenever I have needs or doubts, Xiao Yao is always able to help me in time and give me intimate care, making me feel at home. The staff was really friendly amd helpful. Although they couldn't understand English we manage to communicate with the translation app. The facilities are clean but some of the stuff are old like the slippers and the robes need to be changed. The beds are not the most comfortable and directions around the resort are not the easiest to get around, I think they can put more clear signs up where to go. The hot springs are nice place too relax and it's well looked after. It's open from 12pm-12am and the the entrance fee -158 yuan. Inside you can buy snacks or go for a massage at the SPA at an extra cost.

According to a friend, the main station is very enthusiastic and upgraded the bubble house. It is worthy of being the first in Zhejiang. It is in the middle of the mountain scenic spot, the scenery is superb, and the sunset is beautiful! The air is clear and the breakfast is good.
