The service was excellent, and the two front desk ladies, Yu Yu and Daisy, were very enthusiastic. Overall, I'm satisfied.

My stay was a huge disappointment and completely fell short of the Atour brand standards. My executive twin room faced the street, and the constant traffic noise outside the window severely disrupted my sleep all night. Around 10 AM, while I was still asleep, housekeeping entered my room with their key card after I didn't answer their knock. My privacy and rest were completely disregarded. The room facilities also had many issues. The generic hairdryer overheated very quickly, shutting off after a few minutes of use. It would then stop again after only ten seconds upon restarting, making it impossible to use properly – it took me half an hour to dry my hair! The toiletries were also unknown brands, a stark contrast to what the brand usually provides. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend staying here. (The only positive was the friendly front desk staff.)

First time visiting Wuyi Mountain and I had a very satisfying stay. They helped me with my luggage, and the front desk staff, Anran, Xiaohan, and Mile, provided excellent service.

This was the worst Atour I've ever stayed in. The moment I walked in, there was a musty smell, and the air circulation was terrible. I can't believe a hotel in a place like Wuyi Mountain could have such bad air quality in the rooms. The floorboards creaked with every step, which really disturbed my rest. The room had one table and four chairs, but the chair height didn't match the table at all, making it very uncomfortable to sit. There was no sofa either. It's the first time I've seen a fridge with only mineral water and no other drinks, not even coffee. The bedding also had a smoke smell. Definitely the worst Atour experience.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, about 4 kilometers away, which was very convenient. The staff were super helpful and answered all our questions. The room size was just right for a family of three. There's even a small shop downstairs selling fireworks. The place was clean. I thought it might be noisy being on the street, but it was actually fine. The breakfast selection was decent and suited our taste. They didn't even charge extra for our child's breakfast. We often stay at Atour hotels, and their service and overall quality are consistently good. Recommended!

The hotel is quite new, with good facilities and it's clean. However, it's a bit noisy because the apartment building next door is undergoing renovations.

I had a very satisfying stay. The location is excellent, and the room's cleanliness was top-notch. The towels were individually wrapped and disposable, which was a nice touch. Ann and Mile at the front desk provided excellent service; they helped upgrade my room and were incredibly responsive to all my requests. It's reassuring to know everything is replaced for each guest. What I loved most was the breakfast buffet! They had a live noodle station, and the Dandan noodles were absolutely delicious! There was also tofu pudding with a wide variety of toppings, so you could customize it to be sweet or savory, which was really fun. They even had special cutlery for kids, making it very family-friendly. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time I visit Wuyi Mountain.
