Clean, comfy and spacious stay, with lots of freebies such as water, cookies, tea, and fruits. Location wise, it is near the public bus station which is very convenient and also free! Also, it's located at a strategic place surrounded by food options. Lastly, the services are great, with free supper and free books that can be borrowed. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay to visit Wuyishan, surrounded by greenery and nature.

Front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. Initially, we were told our room air-conditioning is not working due to power interruption, 小炎 had checked and apparently the air-conditioning is working for our room, we were provided with complimentary welcome fruits and breakfasts for two.

The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, good environment, good service, and is responsive. There are discounts for booking Wuyishan tourist tickets at the hotel, and the driver is very professional!

The room is big, new, and clean. The bed is big enough. Our family of 4 lives very comfortably. The waitress is pretty and has a good attitude. My son drinks the sour plum juice at the front desk every time he goes in and out. It's cold and considerate.

I forgot to take photos. The cleanliness was a mess. I don't know where the Ctrip rating came from. There was a hair tie with my ex's hair in the room, an unknown object on the window, the kettle looked like it had been bathed in a mudslide, there were hair strands on the bed, and the sink was half full of water as a welcome gift. The room smelled like it was newly renovated. I've never stayed at such a bad Atour hotel before. This is the first time I've given a bad review on Ctrip, and I can't bear it anymore. Can Ctrip's ratings be trusted in the future? I don't know how Atour is managed as a hotel. There was no mention of special programs at all, and the front desk staff was only busy promoting Atour Gold Card membership.
