武夷山最高性價比別墅民宿，推開窗就是茶園，清晨能聞着茶香醒，傍晚坐在院子裏看夕陽灑在茶樹上，連空氣都帶着清甜，完全是逃離城市的理想地！ 老闆會帶住客去採茶、炒茶，親手做的茶葉喝着超有成就感，還送了小罐當伴手禮，這種沉浸式茶體驗比單純住民宿有意思太多。 客房又新，全部智能客控，輕鬆舒適，房間乾淨又雅緻，木質傢俱配着茶元素裝飾，床品軟乎乎的，晚上特別安靜，睡得比家裡還香，早餐的茶葉蛋和茶粥也很有特色。 老闆和員工都特別熱情，幫忙提行李、推薦周邊小眾採茶路線，有問題隨叫隨到，像在朋友家做客一樣舒服，下次一定帶家人再來！

這次入住體驗超好。！酒店位置超方便，步行5分鐘到武夷山打卡點慢遊道，周邊吃飯購物都很便利。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜睡到大天亮。工作人員態度特別好，主動幫忙提行李還推薦了本地小眾景點，下次來還選這裏！緊鄰景區入口，省去了早起趕車的麻煩，傍晚還能散步看景區夜景，地理位置滿分。房間配備了智能馬桶和高清投影，晚上窩在沙發看電影太愜意；衞生間乾濕分離，熱水秒出，洗漱超方便。入住時發現忘帶充電器，前台免費提供了租借；離開時還送了本地特色老闆自己生產大紅袍手禮，細節處超暖心，牀頭櫃沒有一點灰塵，床單被罩無異味，連浴室角落都打掃得很乾凈，住着特別放心。帶娃出行超省心，別墅區對面過一個馬路就是遊樂場，太滿意了，必須給滿分好評！

這次武夷山旅遊度假，入住祥袍雲境豪華別墅超高性價比，值得推薦，一出門就是景區，吃喝玩樂步行五分鐘就行，屬於鬧中取靜，晚上安靜好休息，這次旅行吃住玩非常滿意，祥袍雲境老闆非常熱情，服務周到連加床都免費，還有卡拉OK也免費，也免費品嚐了他們家茶廠自己生產的很多好茶，值得推薦

這個房型住了兩晚，第一晚在地下茶空間喝了兩杯乾白，第二晚房間喝了六瓶啤酒。續住後，保潔人員打掃衞生時候，把那個廁所垃圾桶蓋打不開的問題做了反應。説用得時候鬧心，你們今天清潔的人員也崩潰。智能垃圾桶不能智能使用，不如就普通的無蓋垃圾桶大家都方便。智能的本質還是要回歸實用和人性化。所以當我買過一次智能感應垃圾桶後，之後就再也沒用過智能垃圾桶了。
忍不住第二次提了垃圾桶的這個建議。估計是老闆的哥哥吧，説感謝我提意見，特意拿了一個茶禮盒給我。説謝謝我提意見，後面所有的垃圾桶都會換掉。
這六泡茶禮，我用心泡泡看，看後面會不會愛上大紅袍的韻味。

別墅和景區，衹有一溪之隔。早上，吃早餐，可以看到山景。娛樂區，還可以打麻將，白天遊玩，晚上休閑。晚上，睡覺很安靜，鬧中取靜，交通方便。老闆娘性格好。老闆娘家開茶廠的，茶很好喝，我還買了幾斤自己留着喝。

1.非常好的別墅，就在山腳下，在三姑區屬於鬧中取靜，環境不錯。
2.老闆人很好，也很大方，因為老闆説祥袍茶企主理人。聽老闆説23年裝修好自己接待做會所用。這幾年茶葉生意不好。就做成民宿使用，所有娛樂場所都免費使用配置齊全。我也不太懂茶，值得推薦愛茶朋友們。
3.停車位少，好在別墅區裏沒什麼人，停小區里路邊就行。
4.9月底去的，餐廳在裝修，沒有早餐，比較注重早餐的朋友要問清楚。
4.洗衣機就一台一體機，天氣熱的時候可能不夠用。
總體感覺住祥袍別墅還是值得的。
