Wuyishan HC Times Hotel

The room was newly decorated, fully equipped and in good sanitary condition. But it was hard to believe that for a four-diamond hotel, the breakfast on the second day of the Chinese New Year was delivered from outside and was very poor (1 egg, 1 small bun, 1 small bread, 1 box of Mengniu milk). We did not specify this when booking the room, which was a pity. This level of hotel should not be like this.

The rooms in this hotel are so comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel staff are extremely enthusiastic and try their best to meet your needs. The staff are very attentive. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and their service completely exceeded my expectations.

The front desk service was considerate, helping to receive express deliveries, preparing an umbrella on rainy days, and the aunt saw that there was no water on my table and told me enthusiastically: If you need anything, you can call the front desk at any time. I think I was impressed by the cost-effectiveness.

Free mineral water, tea and coffee in the room. The ordering robot delivers the food directly to the room, which is really cute. The front desk lady is warm and beautiful.

Due to the room problem, the front desk staff seemed impatient at first, but eventually helped to change to a room on the 5th floor. The room was well maintained with only a few minor damages, but I couldn't sleep peacefully because the KTV started making noise at 10:30 pm and it was still noisy at 12:00. When I complained to the front desk, I was told "It's useless, they are..." Normal business'!? What are you thinking? It's noisy late at night on the 5th floor and you can hear disco songs and singing with heavy bass. Can't you complain? Is this really a KTV? It can't stop until 2 o'clock. Live 2- Insects kept chirping in the room at 6 o'clock, but they couldn't be found. At about 7 o'clock in the morning, there were several planes flying overhead... I couldn't rest. I checked out a day early and regretted my stay!
