Hahaha, I didn’t get full marks because I was afraid you would become proud. Really like the environment. It's very comfortable. I am a person who has high requirements for hotels. There is also a tea room downstairs where you can make tea for free. Experience a slow life, and the breakfast time will be arranged in advance.

真的很不錯 地理位置裏要去的景點都很近 如果有興趣的話還可以找老闆借自行車和電摩出行
説一千道一萬 我還是覺得民宿本身真的超級棒 我們住的是拂雲這個房間 整個裝修風格也很舒服 從房間裏望出去 每個視角都很棒 還有一個露台 另外房間的燈光和窗簾都是智能控制的 空調可製冷也可制暖 後面發現還有地暖的功能呢
衞生也很乾凈 配的洗護用品看了一下是菲拉格慕的（雖然我們用的都是自己帶的） 房間裏有浴缸 想泡澡也有提供一次性的泡澡袋
樓下大廳有泡茶的地方 晚上不想出門可以在院裏散散步
最後走還有點捨不得呢 純度假的話會選擇再過來住住🥳

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

GGuest UserAs a mom travelling with my two boys, (16 and 13) we had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our incredible host Xianti (XT), his lovely mother, and the entire family. They were exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit.
We stayed in the Triple Family Courtyard Room, which was not only beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Despite our late arrival, we were still able to order a meal from the aunties and wow, the food was outstanding! In fact, we ended up having lunch and dinner there every single day because it was just that delicious. Every meal felt like a lovingly prepared, home-cooked feast.
We also had the pleasure of taking part in a tea ceremony, which was a serene and special experience. The tea was exquisite, and it was a lovely way to connect with the culture and surroundings.
Another highlight was the recommendation to see Impression Da Hong Pao a next-level show that left us absolutely amazed. What made it even better was that our host arranged the tickets for us and had them delivered to the villa, so thoughtful and convenient!
If you’re still hesitating, don’t! We can wholeheartedly recommend this villa. It truly felt like a home away from home in China 💖 and was the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Wuyishan mountains. Much love from this familie: Nathalie, Max and Thije.

The Wuyishan Shan area is beautiful, and this hotel is well set up for groups, and multi-generational family stays.
We enjoyed exemplary service from staff especially Kiwi who helped us with Chinese-English translation, John from concierge and our wonderful housekeeper who was extremely patient and meticulous.
We enjoyed the raft ride with afternoon tea, the outdoor courtyard hot spring tub, and the shuttle cart service to all the different gates— this allowed us to explore the external surroundings of this hotel including scenic walks, homely traditional restaurants and a tuk tuk ride.
Lastly do not miss the Impression Da Hong Pao show in the evening. It is extraordinary!

The modern architecture combined with the serene tea rooms created a peaceful and immersive experience that felt both luxurious and authentic. Spending quiet moments in the tea lounges, sipping local brews while enjoying the calming decor, was a true highlight of my stay.
One of the standout features of this hotel is the breakfast. Every morning, I was greeted with an impressive variety of dishes — both local specialties and more familiar options — all fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re a fan of savory or sweet, there’s something for everyone, and the attention to quality was evident in every bite.
But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the support the hotel provided in helping me explore the area. They introduced me to a local guide named Spring, and I am so grateful they did. Spring was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about Wuyi. Thanks to her, I was able to discover hidden gems, learn about the rich cultural heritage of the region, and gain insights I never would have found on my own. Her guidance added so much depth and meaning to my visit.

XXiaoxiaokeai1931My 2-night stay at the Wuyishan Berna Hotel was pretty good, so here's my review:
The location is excellent, right on the main street of Dawangfeng Road, making it super convenient for getting around. They also have a private parking lot in the back. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, even helping us plan our itinerary. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and comprehensive facilities. For instance, the bathroom had plenty of hooks, which many 5-star hotels often lack – a big plus!
However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks:
1. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it wasn't very refined. The coffee was instant, not freshly brewed, and items like noodles and eggs were served from large trays rather than being cooked to order.
2. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great. There was significant noise from planes taking off and landing, especially in the early hours of the morning. Light sleepers might want to consider this.

GGuest UserWe feel genuinely torn writing this review. On the one hand, the hotel has many things going for it. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Its location is also ideal if you plan to visit Wuyishan National Park or need convenient access to Wuyishan North train station.
However, we were left feeling quite disappointed due to an issue that mattered a lot to us. We had explicitly reserved a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, we were given a room that very clearly smelled of smoke. There was even a burn mark on the desk from a cigarette, which made it obvious that someone had smoked in there despite any official classification of the room. We immediately asked to be changed, and while the staff politely insisted the room was non-smoking, they agreed to move us. Unfortunately, the second room was just the same, it also reeked of smoke.
At that point, not wanting to make a scene, we reluctantly accepted the situation, but it felt incredibly disheartening. As non-smokers who are very sensitive to cigarette smell, this seriously affected our comfort and left us feeling like our concerns weren’t really taken seriously. Being moved from one smoking room to another right after raising the issue made it seem like there was no real effort to accommodate us, which was frustrating.
All that said, apart from this issue, our stay was generally pleasant. If smoke sensitivity isn’t a major concern for you, this hotel could still be a good option. But for non-smokers, we’d advise confirming room options very clearly in advance and perhaps even reconsidering if that’s a dealbreaker.

We all like it, especially my mother, who said that every corner is a scenery, which is very suitable for taking pictures and making movies. There are many tea tables in the hotel, and there are many people in our group. , when I am not visiting scenic spots, I drink tea at the tea table in the public area. The hotel is equipped with tea sets. It is really suitable for family travel. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and the tea in the hotel is also very good. My father in the family loves to drink tea. They commented The tea was said to be very good, but I was afraid of being ripped off by stores outside, so I could buy it in the hotel. The restaurant manager, Wang Fang, was also exceptionally welcoming. She helped us with getting everything that we needed and took great care of us during our meals.
The cook prepared excellent fresh noodles and suggested what ingredients we should try.
The people that are working in this hotel were the highlight of our stay. Thank you for the great experience.

XXihuanfeixiangdezhuOverall, I am satisfied with the old-fashioned style. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. Some suggestions: First, after booking a room, you have to go to the door by yourself, unlike other B&B owners who will contact you +V to remind you of things to pay attention to. Second, the house is not far from the north and south entrances of Wuyi Mountain, and is only across a bridge from the dining area, but you need to explore there by yourself. Third, when I was staying upstairs at night, I met two people chatting and walking around. The room was not soundproofed and the noise was very loud. I was woken up at around two o'clock in the middle of the night. I went out to look for the service staff, but no one was on duty. I could only stand in the yard and shout. Later, I ran upstairs and knocked on the door to remind them before they went to sleep quietly.
