This was a great choice for the trip! I went to Huangling with my sister and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located right at the scenic area. Service is amazing! There is a car that brings you to the reception area right after you take the cable car. After checking in, one of the staff brought us to our room and he also gave us some information about the area, including activities and shows we might be interested in watching. Our original room was not yet ready so they gave us another room. The view was just as great and even when we decided to stay indoors due to the heat outside, we could still enjoy the view of the area with the chilis being dried outside the rooftops.

A great way to get away from the city and experience the charm of an ancient village surrounded by breathtaking landscape.
The room gives you an opportunity to be secluded and to have a balcony all to yourself.

The hotel rooms are actually split among many of the buildings around Huangling. Despite looking like an old building on the outside, the inside was furnished like a modern hotel room.
Check-in is at the lower cable car station. There's a shuttle service that picks you up from the upper cable car station and takes you to the hotel reception area. From there you'll walk to your room, wherever it happens to be.
Breakfast buffet was Chinese-style with multiple options.

Generally, I have a mixed feelings for this property. For the price point, I was expecting the cleanliness to be better. The bathroom had a musty smell. The amenities looked a little worn. Nevertheless, the people at the property and the housekeeper were really friendly and helpful. The location of the place was great. It’s smacked on top of the mountains overlooking the slopes of cascading houses with autumn harvests. The breakfast is good.

There are rape flowers and a maple tree in the small garden at the door.
It is a single-family ancient house with two floors. The room is fully functional and designed, and the style is very integrated with the ancient house. Watch the video for the room layout.
Check in at the front desk at the foot of the mountain, then go up the mountain through the VIP cable car channel. After getting off the cable car, walk up a small step and see a pavilion. There are staff to pick you up. Take a small car to the hotel lobby, and then the staff will help you carry your luggage to the ancient house. You have to walk, and there are steps. The ancient village is not accessible by car, and there are small narrow roads. It is very quiet here. It takes less than ten minutes to walk slowly to the core Tianjie. Breakfast is at Tianjie Hotel. I recommend the freshly steamed buns.
