Wunvzhou Dreamless Lake Resort Hotel

Great location! You can watch the firework show from the balcony without having to fight for a spot in the crowd. The fireworks were beautiful. However, there was a smell coming from the drain in the room, which made it hard to sleep at night. For this price point, a hotel shouldn't have this kind of issue.

The views are fantastic and the location is great. The room is spacious, but the cleanliness needs improvement, especially the details. Also, it's a bit inconvenient to pick up food deliveries.

First off, if you're booking this hotel specifically for the observation deck, you need to know that anyone can go up there! And it's super crowded, with BBQ stalls that are overpriced and serve terrible food. The hotel itself is just okay; the facilities are average for a business hotel, and the location is decent.

Avoid at all costs, this hotel is terrible! During the May Day holiday, it cost 1800 a night, including admission tickets. I don't understand why they don't clearly state that standard rooms might be allocated to the first or second floor of an isolated building on the periphery, yet the price remains the same. At five or six hundred during weekdays, I might somewhat understand, but tripling the price for the holiday only to put me in an inconvenient outer building with no special treatment or views is unacceptable. Even the hotel's rooftop viewing platform is open to the public; anyone can go there. So, aside from those few rooms with a view, I really don't understand where this hotel gets the confidence to charge such inflated prices for its other rooms. This is also the first crummy hotel I've encountered in years that only provides shampoo and body wash. The shampoo was terrible; halfway through washing, my hair felt coarse and dry. I had to call for a small bottle of conditioner in the middle of the night (kudos to the person who delivered it, but I just don't get it – you claim to be a relatively upscale hotel, yet you don't even provide conditioner? My 1800 felt even more wasted). It was truly awful, I don't understand, and I'm furious! I honestly think it's better to save your money and stay at another hotel within the scenic area for around a thousand yuan!

This is a captivating place where you encounter Wunvzhou. When you come to Wuyuan, you absolutely must spend a night here. And the large-scale live-action show, 'Encounter Wuyuan,' is also a must-see. This performance weaves together mythology, history, and patriotic sentiment with a 'three lives, three worlds' theme, presenting an audiovisual feast that spans a thousand years. First Life: Ancient Mythology · 'The Legend of Wunü' "In ancient times, the Wunü tamed the floods, bravely fought dragons to save the people, and transformed into the Wunü star." This hotel was perfect for our trip! It came with two days' worth of tickets, which was a nice bonus. For girls, this hotel is incredibly photogenic, especially the pool outside – it's a fantastic spot for pictures. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety, and the service was excellent.

The room's location is truly at the heart of the resort. We could see Baoyu Pagoda right from our balcony, and overall, we were very satisfied. The complimentary sculling boat ride is a must-do experience.

Great location, right in the heart of the scenic area. You can watch the Iron Flower and fireworks show over Wuxian Lake directly from your balcony. The evening views are stunning and truly a treat for the eyes.

Cleanliness: Generally quite clean, no major issues. Facilities: Poor. For the price of over a thousand, the value for money is very low. The bed is tiny, only 1.2 meters wide. The shower and toilet have no ventilation, so if someone uses the toilet, the smell lingers, and others in the room have to go to the balcony for ten minutes or so. It's really awkward. The soundproofing is extremely poor; you can hear guests in the next room clearly. In the middle of the night, I was forced to listen to an argument between the next room and the one after that, and the front desk had to intervene. There's almost no soundproofing at all; I suspect there are no actual walls, just cardboard partitions. The slightest noise in the hallway is very loud, making it impossible to get proper rest. Also, the sink is very close to the bed, so water splashes onto the bed when you wash your hands. Service: The service was attentive and the attitude was good. Things we requested were brought quickly. Environment: Located within the scenic area, good for night views. The breakfast buffet at 78 per person is not worth buying.
