房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全房東熱情，生活用品齊全，樓下生活區購物非常方便小區環境不錯，封閉式管理，出入刷卡安全

設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，小區也特別好找，在小區裏面，晚上睡覺也安靜，不像在酒店隔音不好，晚回來的人説話走路都大聲，影響睡眠。附近有商場和餐飲店，特別是南寧百貨8號門肯德基旁邊的“桂香誠”老桂林米粉，味道超讚的，店面的衞生也整潔，座椅特別舒服，牆畫也特別好看，看到很多人在那裡打卡拍照吃粉，老闆也很好，看到是學生還會免費幫加粉👍，這是一家温暖的米粉店，下次過來還要來吃
