Great location, peaceful sleep, perfect soundproof. Everything about Britannia is awesome. I will definitely stay again each time I have early morning flight.

Very good stay not noisy and room was clean and tidy

Checked in Was smooth. The best part is its a plenty of room for cars. You dont need to pay anything for car park. Room was clean. Bed was comfy too. The staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming.

There is a direct bus to hotel from airport and a bus stop at 10 mins away from hotel back to airport. The walls have no stains which is nice and the bathroom is clean and tidy but the bed linen has quite a lot of stains. Some dust also appeared on the pillow and it is actually hard to spot them because of the dim lighting. The water pump is also working fine. The staff are super friendly when I forgot to bring a plug and realised that there is no USB charge spot.

Great stay for couples. Clean rooms, excellent location, friendly staff, and great facilities. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, and the hotel's restaurant is delicious. There are snack vending machines in the lobby with reasonable prices. You can play billiards, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Plus, Uber drivers are always nearby.

The hotel was good and reasonably priced, with a large and clean room. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower.

Good location, but slow service. Reception gave us the wrong size room, shower gel/shampoo dispenser was empty. Breakfast was very basic. Free car park if you stay at the hotel with plenty of available spaces.

Rooms very nice food good but pillows a little hard, but always have a great stay

Overall, it was a good experience. Ideally situated for JetPark Ringway, but getting to the upper level of the hotel car park isn't clearly signed, and parking spaces are tight.

WORSE HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! CHECKED IN WITH MY PARTNER. MADE WAY TO MY ROOM & IT SMELLED LIKE HUMAN FECES! THE BED LOOKED LIKE IT HAD HUMAN FECES ON IT! ( PIC FOR REFERENCE ). ALSO THE TOWELS WAS COVERED IN BLOOD! AND LOTS OFF HAIR EVERY-WEAR IN THE ROOM. I WOULD GENERALLY PREFER TO SLEEP IN MY CAR THAN THIS HOTEL! THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY STAY AS ALL THEY WANTED WAS TOO GIVE ME ANOTHER ROOM BUT I WAS BADLY DISGUSTED AND WANTED MONEY BACK TO STAY IN ANOTHER HOTEL! STAFF NO HELP! JUST RUDE! LONG STORY SHORT TRIP. COM AGREED WITH AND GAVE ME ENOUGH TRIP COINS TO MAKE UO FOR THE ROOM! VERU GRATEFUL! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL NIGHTMARE!!!!

Nothing fancy but everything I needed. The people really wanted to help with every quiz that I had. I am actually going back to Manchester today and I am actually going to look at the prices for the 2 nights I'm staying up there.

Was disappointed with the room beds was not comfortable at all although I had stayed there before , sorry won’t be booking any time soon .

Arrived at site,found the car park to be a good size,and secure facilities. Arrived at reception and was greeted by a friendly staff,and made very welcome, was pleased to find out the parking to be free.filled in the relevant paperwork and received my room card.went to our room and found it to be nice and clean and all the needed requirements for the over night stay.i would definitely book another stay here if I needed an overnight stay and would recommend it to family and friends.
