有會議室，當時正在開會，感覺生意不錯！服務態度態度一般，也許是忙的。
進入房間還是不錯的！
洗澡水也很舒服，房間安靜，最主要離漢城湖公園很近，跑步方便，樓下吃的也很多，棒棒噠，值得推薦！

幫朋友訂的房間，朋友第二天反饋大晚上馬桶🚽堵了，鬧心死了，廁所也上不了，打電話反應了兩次服務員業來不了。。。
房間麻將桌下面還有上一個客人留下的一支拖鞋🩴在，朋友全部拍照發過來讓看
遙控板蓋子還是掉的，扣不上。唉

設施：設施完善，性價比比較高，出差，出遊可以選擇，附近吃飯也比較方便。
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，床鋪乾燥整潔。
環境：環境優雅，房間風格很温馨，房間採光比較好。
服務：前台很有耐心，服務到位。

服務熱情，剛來天氣熱就給我了一瓶冰鎮的礦泉水 那感覺真好 房間乾淨衞生 有自助洗衣房 本來打算洗衣服呢 問客服説還可以給我送去洗 真的很吃驚 雖然設施有些陳舊了但是服務沒得説的 大廳茶水也很豐富 有機會還來入住

到的時候已經很晚了，又困又累，累的不行，前台整個卡整了好久不説，弄好了拉着一大堆行李去按電梯，結果又刷不了電梯，又大包小包的搬出來，重新刷……
我就想説前台你到底開了個啥卡……
然後進房間就是一股陳年酒店的氣味……
地毯就是用了很多年很臟的那種
床上用品感覺還是乾淨。畢竟連鎖的統一管理
其他的，都該更新換代了
如果不是因為位置近，要靠近朋友家，沒得選，我是堅決不願意住維也納的…….
再這樣下去要被時代淘汰了…..對了Wi-Fi也沒有，極度不穩定 時有時無

帶家人小孩來住的，想着是連鎖的就選擇了這裏。房間有點冷，空調不行。因為天氣較冷，前台比較貼心的準備了花茶放在前台旁邊可以自助，這個挺棒的。當我拿了杯子端了杯熱水進電梯，後面接着進來了保潔阿姨，看也不看的就進來了，肩膀碰到了杯子。我就趕緊把杯子拿高點，説小心點，有熱水。阿姨就説不是沒碰到嗎，後面嘀咕了幾句我沒太聽清楚。晚上空調比較冷，總體感覺非常差

整體還是不錯的，前台放了各種茶飲可以嘗試，房間衞生乾淨，保潔大姐也很熱情，晚上幫我把衣服拿洗衣房送洗，洗好了又送回來，早上出門剛好一穿，太nice 了
