I don’t know if the sheets were not changed or for some other reason. Such large stains should be found when changing the sheets. 4. The small walking ladder at the door accelerated too fast when starting. Two elderly people fell down when climbing the ladder and suffered multiple scratches. When entering the store, I reminded the front desk staff to make sure that the elevator has signs to prevent others from falling. The staff told me that the ladder is like this, haha. Maybe at this time, if you care about whether the guests are seriously injured, the experience will be different. After 10:00 pm, I came back from the trip. The old man fell at the door. I comforted him and treated his wound. After 11:00, I pulled back the quilt to let him sleep. There were large stains on the bed sheet. I called to change the bed sheet. I was in a bad mood and had a terrible experience. When I checked out the next day, the hotel gave the old man a small gift of local specialties because he fell. I felt a little humanistic care.
