This time, the temperature dropped a few days after going to Xi’an for the National Day. The room was very cold, and there was nothing else. Heating equipment, I hope the store will add heating and air conditioning, in order to better attract customers in the future, people who are afraid of cold choose carefully. Second, the hair dryer in the bathroom is very old, the wind power is not strong, and it dries hair very slowly. It is not friendly to long hair, and the hand-held part is a bit hot after blowing for a long time. This one has a timer of 18 minutes. Third, the top floor of my eighth floor has a drainage channel between that side and the building next to it. The water in it cannot be drained in time, and the sound of falling rainwater dripping into the accumulated water in the channel is very loud. The sound insulation effect of the room is not good , very noisy, it is recommended that the store do a good job of soundproofing

The hotel is worth of staying there. It has great location right near the Bell Tower, and not far from other attractions and metro. Room was spacious, clean and pretty new. All the usual amenities were provided, including in-room safe. Speaking of breakfast, it's available from 6.30 to 10, so you don't need to wake up too early to get breakfast. I've tried it once during my 3 days stay. The style is more Asian, then Western, and options are standard: fried noodles, sausages, baozi, fried eggs, etc. Tbh, I preferred to visit nearby restaurants or just buy street food on Muslim street, which is about 15 minutes of walking. In overall, the stay was satisfying. The only one possible disadvantage is that there is a night club in the same building, so, at night you can hear some beats. But it's more like vibration than loud music itself, so, I was ok with that. Btw, the hotel's entry is located not on the main street, you need to go to the small street (the photo) 5/5

Definitely a memorable stay. Some small issues with maintainance of electronic door lock and lack of window view with the first alloted room. But the pleasant and lovely lady at the reception changed the room on request. The breakfast menu may seem being reletive everyday, but has a lot of variety with some Bread Toast, Fried Eggs/Omlette for foreigners and a host of local dishes. Very aptly maintained dining space. The establishment has maintained a good hygiene condition. Room cleaning is very efficient. The decorum of the room we stayed was spacious and also awsome. The neighboourhood is also very lively.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Right next to the Bell Tower, city walls and Muslim Quarter, and also next to a metro line so you can easily travel around the city. It's on a very lively street with lots of food stalls, but we found our room was very quiet, with very little noise coming from the street. The room was comfortable and a good size. Good breakfast, with mostly Chinese options but plenty to choose from. Finally, the staff were amazing. We don't speak Chinese so we really appreciated their patience at check in when we had to use a translation app. They also helped us wash our clothes using the communal laundry facilities which was a big help. Overall they made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a perfect base to explore the city.

A great place & super friendly and helpful to foreigners. They have cold water, food and drinks available. The staff helped me a lot with navigating China and making travel plans. They were very patient with my poor Chinese. The arrangement of the common areas makes it easy to make friends, and I had lots of friendly encounters with other travellers. 10/10 would stay again.

If you want to go to the Bell Tower, you will definitely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just above Xingzhengyuan Square. The front desk service is very intimate, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, the room decoration is very tall, and the room space is large. I think the clock tower is the best. The most cost-effective hotel, the environment is beautiful, the decoration is very big, it is my favorite decoration style, will live next time.

Most of the reviews seem very positive about this place, so I echo similar opinion. It is convenient for a short stay in Xi'an. This place accepts foreigners and is is very close to bell tower, muslim quarter etc. There are some eating places nearby. Very affordable and a good place to stay in Xi'an. This place has a roof top where you can either sit and have drinks or dry clothes. Very useful. I am not sure how much impact covid related dynamics had on this hostel. But I guess that must have had an impact on maintenance, cleanliness etc. But by considering the fact that this is a hostel that caters for travelers at an affordable cost, it is a good place to stay.
