Crowne Plaza Properties in Xi'an

I stayed for three nights over the weekend before Christmas while visiting Xi'an. The hotel is very new, and the lobby is spacious, bright, and smells lovely, with a huge, beautiful Christmas tree that's great for photos. Before check-in, someone contacted me to arrange extra firm pillows in the room, and the front desk even upgraded my room type. The room was very large with a logical layout, new, and clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, and it was very quiet – I didn't hear any noise during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I loved it! The shower had great water pressure and volume, which was very pleasant, although the drain was a bit slow and sometimes caused water to pool and overflow outside the bathroom door; this could be improved. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay, exceeding my expectations for an InterContinental Crowne Plaza. Getting a taxi from the hotel entrance was very convenient, and cars could drive right up to the lobby. Staff members were thoughtful, helping open doors and handle luggage. The location is about 40 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city center, making overall travel very convenient. When I picked up my stored luggage before leaving, the front desk even gave me a small gift and asked about my stay experience and suggestions, which was very friendly and heartwarming. In summary, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I visit Xi'an.

We had an absolutely fantastic 8 night stay at the crown Plaza , Our room was fantastic and so clean and free bottles of water everyday , Breakfast buffet was amazing so much choice , and the robot Delivering food to your room was amazing too ,would totally recommend this hotel for all types of people That’s why we booked it again in 4 days time when we’re back from Beijing Thanks Crown Plaza you’ve been truly amazing , See you on Saturday
