The hotel offers free parking, and the facilities are excellent. There's plenty of hot water in the bathroom, and the smart toilet is a real comfort. Even the toiletries feel high-quality. It's truly amazing value for money, worth every penny. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and have already recommended it to my friends!

The front office was terrific. Special shout out goes to the manager, Ryan is his name if I got it right. Ryan helped us book Didi rides, basically making sure all my needs are catered to. The people working in the breakfast room were super efficient: always clearing tables and replenishing food. And to the housekeeping on level 16, An Na was making sure there was enough toiletries, drinking water, towels.... Overall I truly enjoyed my stay. P/s the metro station is 10 meters from hotel entrance.

Service excellent, very clean, near metro, far from Terracotta but take didi ride 55 minutes. Services A+, bathroom A+, bed A+, fridge small and not cold. No ice machine but ask and they will bring to your room, free laundry machine but one 2 washer and 2 dryer. Overall A+ will comeback.

The facilities are relatively new. The service is warm. There are free children's books on the first floor. The breakfast is rich. There are also Roujiamo. The small wonton is good. There is also free popcorn at the front desk. Hilton Garden Inn is always a good choice

I came to Xi'an on a business trip and booked this hotel as it was close to the subway station. However, the check-in experience was extremely bad. The room was very small, there was a beam above my head, the ceiling was very low and depressing, the front desk service was very average. Compared with hotels in this price range, the breakfast was very average. I wanted to eat some fruit, but found that the pineapples were all rotten! This is the first time staying here, there may not be a next time.

Came to Xi'an on a business trip and saw that this Hampton Inn had a high rating, so I booked it for 2 nights. To be objective, I don't think it deserves such a high score. Advantages: 1. It has not been opened for long and the facilities are relatively new. The hygiene is good, the shower has a strong flow and it is comfortable to take a bath. 2. The location is good, there are Hema and many restaurants downstairs, and MixC is opposite, which makes it very convenient for eating and shopping. Disadvantages 1. The bathroom is open (see pictures 1 and 2). It will be awkward if you don't live alone. After you shower you are left naked facing the other people in the room. Although there is a small partition, it is only 30-40 cm wide and does not serve as a shield. 2. I lived in room 1319. There was a strong smell of cooking smoke in the room starting at 8:30 in the morning, which gradually disappeared around 10:30. There is no such smell in the corridor or outside the window. I suspect that the air-conditioning duct and the restaurant's fume duct are intersecting, causing the smell. 3. The hotel is on a higher platform with stairs all around. Whether you want to take a taxi to the hotel or leave the hotel, vehicles cannot drive up, which is very unfriendly to travelers with suitcases. I called a special car, but found that it could not locate the hotel entrance at all. I could only drag the suitcase for a long way to the roadside, and the surrounding roads were very difficult to walk (see Figure 3). They were full of various bicycles and electric vehicles. It took a long detour to get to the roadside, and the sidewalk was full of ditch bumps. It was really annoying to drag a big box. 4. Maybe because the room price is relatively cheap, the quality of the guests is mixed. During breakfast, a man sneezed loudly several times in a row at the food pick-up area, and he didn't even cover his mouth... I can't imagine how much saliva was on the food.
