About 30min away from Xi an airport. Convenient location near to exhibition centre. Arrived on early morning at the hotel. Hotel reception was not really friendly to greet us. But overall was ok

First off this hotels service is definitely not a four star hotel. The room which I stayed in was super humid and muggy. Turned on the AC and waited two hours and the temperature wouldnt come down. Called guest service and said a technician will come up. Waited about another 1.5hr and no one showed. When i checked out they told me the water broke which is why the room was humid. Couldnt you have done this yesterday instead of me waiting a day to get a response.

Great location if you’re attending a concert at the Olympic Stadium. The front desk is super friendly—especially Jennifer, who always welcomes us with a big smile and goes out of her way to help, even beyond her responsibilities. One suggestion: it would be great if the breakfast menu could rotate, as the same food is served every day. The shower has a glass door instead of a regular one, which might be inconvenient for guests who aren’t couples.

We were going to see Rene Liu's concert. When we were researching this hotel, we thought it would be expensive, but the price was quite good, so we booked it for one night. When we checked in on the day of the concert, we were greeted by Rene Liu's music as soon as we entered the lobby. There was a large poster at the entrance for us to check in, which was a great atmosphere. The most important thing was the receptionist, Zhang Linjie, who greeted us. Her beauty was her most valuable asset. When we walked in, there was no one at the three reception desks. She looked up and smiled sweetly, and I just made a beeline for her. Then, like magic, she brought out tons of Rene Liu merchandise, including tattoo stickers and refrigerator magnets for us to choose from. My friend and I were a little greedy, hahahaha, because we wanted too many magnets, so she let us choose an extra one. She was so gentle and even upgraded us. The room was large and clean. When we checked out, there was only one receptionist downstairs, and it was Linjie! It was so nice! Every time we saw her, she had a little gift, including a luggage tag for each of us. I'll definitely stay at this hotel for my next concert, and I hope to see Linjie again. Happy days, Zhang Linjie!

The best hotel near the Olympic Sports Center, the price is not high, the facilities and services are indeed first-class, the room is clean and tidy, and fruits are given. The front desk is very enthusiastic and helped recommend nearby delicacies.

Came to Xi'an to watch Brother Sheng's concert. The hotel is very close to the Olympic Sports Center, and it takes only ten minutes to walk there. But after coming back from the concert on the evening of April 13, I ordered a takeaway and asked the takeaway guy to ask the front desk if he could help deliver it. He was rejected a little fiercely (a male staff member with a bad attitude said "Let her come down and get it herself"), which was a little uncomfortable, but I didn't want to affect my mood, so I didn't argue too much, because I wouldn't deduct points from the hotel because of individuals. The hotel has complete facilities, good hygiene, clean and tidy, and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. But the TV cannot be projected, and the breakfast is relatively less, which can be further improved. All in all, the check-in process was quite pleasant and I would still choose this hotel next time.
