Mika Yiting Hotel (Near Bell Tower Metro Station & Xi‘an) Reviews

Excellent stay! The hotel is very well-located and easy to access. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and made the check-in/check-out process smooth and efficient. Great value for money—highly recommended!

The room was incredibly noisy. I'm not sure if it was the air conditioning unit or something else in room 901, but it sounded like a car engine constantly running, as if it was right against the wall. This made the entire room loud. I stayed for three nights; the first two nights were somewhat tolerable, partly because I was quite tired. However, on the third night, the noise made it impossible to sleep. I contacted customer service, and they said there were no other rooms available to switch to, offering earplugs instead. I didn't manage to fall asleep until after 2 AM. The experience was really terrible. I even checked online, and there were rooms available for booking, proving they just didn't want to switch my room.

Excellent service, nice environment, and great value for money.

Perfect stay in the middle of the city. Couldn't be closer to everything. Friendly staff. Although the windows are small we still had a nice stay so I recommend this hotel no doubt.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Housekeeping was prompt, the environment was great, and everything was kept very clean.

The cleaning was very prompt, and getting around was very convenient. The front desk service was excellent and proactive. The cleaning was also very good, and overall the service was great.

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. It's a short walk to [missing information, perhaps a specific landmark or area]. Housekeeping was also very prompt. As for breakfast, it was just water.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the housekeeping team did a thorough job.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was very clean. Highly recommend staying here again if I get the chance. The free parking is also a great amenity. Overall, it was a very, very good experience; the cleanliness was top-notch.

Unclean. The bedsheets were stained, the room lighting was incredibly dim, the curtains kept opening on their own, and the soundproofing was mediocre. There was no security lock on the door.

We booked a 3 room and it was clean and spacious. It was about a 20 mins walk from the actual Bell Tower with plenty of shops and food options along the way. There’s 2 washing machine and 1 dryer in the laundry room which is located in the gym. Landry detergent was provided in the laundry room. Because there was only one dryer, I wound up just hanging my clothes to dry as there was a space next to the laundry room for that. Cons: The bathroom is half frosted glass, half clear glass. People can see your legs when using the toilet. Also, in Xi’an there’s a lot of loud honking so sometimes you can heard that through the windows.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk service was also great. The breakfast selection was very rich and really good. Plus, we were able to get a late check-out. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance. Overall, the hygiene and all other aspects were excellent, and the room was very spacious. Highly recommend!

This place was fine but I wouldn’t really recommend it. It’s decidedly faded, and although Trip.com gave lots of “discounts” it was not so much cheaper than other likely more comfortable options. The air conditioning was particularly noisy and generally just all beginning to come apart a bit. The front desk was responsive when we had a problem, which was good, but otherwise was somewhat “hands off” notably at checkin. In short - nothing terribly wrong, but probably worth searching for some other options.

Everything about this hotel in September—from the facilities and cleanliness to the service—was excellent. They also offer a complimentary Hanfu experience, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, with 38 different options including eggs, milk, and bread, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The front desk service from Mika was also outstanding; I really appreciated how helpful and friendly she was!
