Homeinn Plus Hotel (Xi'an Bandaoti Chanyeyuan Huawei Yanjiusuo)

This stay was a rather poor experience. First, the cleanliness was a problem. This wasn't my second stay, and last time I noticed a hair in my toothbrush after opening it. I thought it was a fluke, but I paid special attention this time. While I didn't encounter a similar issue, the initial hygiene issue left me feeling uneasy. Even worse was the noise. Our room was located near the source of the noise, and all night long, I could hear what sounded like a group of children playing and shouting. The noise was so loud it felt like an earthquake. I went to bed late, and then was repeatedly woken up early in the morning, completely ruining my rest. As a consumer, I hope the hotel will prioritize cleanliness and soundproofing in the guest rooms, and strengthen noise control in public areas. Otherwise, I'd be hard-pressed to stay here again.

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店衞生細節拉滿，床品潔白無異味，衞生間潔凈乾爽無死角，連角落都打掃得很徹底，讓人住得特別安心。設施一應俱全且維護得很好，空調製熱製冷快速，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品品質上乘，床頭充電接口設計超貼心。環境更是沒話説，大堂簡約大氣，走廊安靜整潔，房間採光充足，窗外視野開闊，搭配柔和的燈光，氛圍感十足。工作人員服務熱情周到，有求必應，整體體驗感滿分，下次來還會選擇這裏，推薦給大家！
