The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Yongning Gate, and you can reach the ancient city wall in just a few steps downstairs. Watching the light show from the wall in the evening was incredibly convenient. The subway entrance is nearby, and it's a short taxi ride to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. Plus, SKP is right next door, making shopping and dining a breeze all in one spot.

This hotel is very clean and located right next to Metro Line 2, making its location excellent. It's very close to the Bell and Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the city wall. The night view is also beautiful, and both the front desk and cleaning staff provide great service.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and they even had robots delivering food! The location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. It was a fantastic travel experience! Highly recommended, and I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again when I visit Xi'an!

I highly recommend the room with a view of the ancient city wall. The view is expansive, and you can see the entire city wall. It's also close to the subway station. The room was very comfortable, and the Roujiamo and Zenggao for breakfast were delicious and perfectly sized, especially for women, so there's no waste.

I was supposed to check out tomorrow, but something came up, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The service was excellent. The breakfast spread was very diverse, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, plus bread and coffee. I was very satisfied.

Service: The check-in process seemed untrained. The staff didn't greet me or mention the parking lot when I checked in at night. My car was parked right outside the hotel, and I ended up paying 77 RMB for parking! When I checked out, there was no apology for the poor service; the staff just kept their head down and ignored me. Cleanliness: The bathroom had a really strong, unpleasant sweaty smell that wouldn't go away! The floor was dusty when I walked barefoot. Environment: The room was very dim, the bedding wasn't soft, and there wasn't a proper sleeping pillow! The hotel entrance was crowded with electric scooters.

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb. It's convenient for taking taxis, the subway, or cycling, and you can enjoy views of the city wall. The nearby South Gate morning market is worth a visit, and the Xi'an Museum isn't far either. The room wasn't huge, but the amenities were good, and it had smart features. There was even a separate small sitting area. The downside is that the soundproofing of the room windows isn't great. There's a construction site next door that's always working, which also somewhat impacted the view. The window glass is yellow, which makes taking photos a bit difficult.
