The room was great and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. There's even an arcade machine to play! The front desk staff were very responsible, and it was convenient to do laundry with individual small packs of detergent. It's definitely worth it for a holiday. Plus, there are lots of good restaurants nearby and it's close to attractions!

We were impressed by how lovely the hotel was considering the affordability. The personnel was great and helped us to check-in earlier. The room was spacious and clean. Locstion is close to a metro station, shopping mall, and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, the hotel is quite good, just a few small things that knock off some points. The mattress is hard (we had trouble sleeping), and the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist sites. However, there are a lot of shops nearby, which is a plus!

The location is tucked in a corner but it is nearby the bell tower and anything you'd need, i advice using the city bikes. They have a laundry room with 5 washers and 1 dryer, shared with their 3 gym equipments. The staff are accommodating. Free cold water by the entrance. Barely any space to put our luggage. Bathroom was decent. Free hanfu experience! and you can return it the next day (with a deposit ofc)
