我全家每年都會去不同城市旅遊，我是華住會會員，換着不同酒店入住！這次入住西安《澳堡未來酒店》真的讓我大跌眼鏡！客房服務態度極其惡劣！我續住🉐，衞生都不打掃🧹杯子看的讓人噁心🤢垃圾桶也不換！床上也亂七八糟！投訴了，酒店也沒個迴應！希望大家不要像我一樣踩雷！千萬不要入住這家酒店‼️

還可以，交通蠻方便的，離火車站地鐵站都比較近，出門也可以坐公交都可以直達，房間打掃的蠻乾淨的，床單是白色的，看着蠻舒服的，前台小姐姐很熱情，每次看到都是微笑，服務很好，設施設備完好。點的外賣都是機器人給送上來的。附近吃飯的地方也蠻多的。可以蠻推薦的。

酒店挺不錯的，是在一棟很高的公寓裏面，樓下就是全季。這個酒店是專門定給考試用的，離學校很近，走路走個十來分鐘就到了，周圍吃的也比較方便，離地鐵站也不算很遠，入住體驗感很好！

訂了酒店上面説有洗衣機，才去的結果去了要收費，收費就收費，洗衣機都臭了，沒辦法衹能手洗，結果房子連個衣架都沒有衣服都沒辦法掛我買衣服都沒發涼，178的酒店沒有掛衣服的我真的醉了，環境就不用提了，保潔阿姨早上六點半過來開我房子們説前台説我們退房，想啥呢，然後到了12點説一點必須退房，就這一直打電話叫退房，那個酒店不是兩點退房，一鎚子買賣

比較乾淨整潔 前台服務態度很好 就是房間東西老化也太嚴重了吧 準備洗個澡洗髮露沐浴露的那個架子直接掉了 腳給我砸青了我真的...第二天考試瘸着去美滋滋🤡，打了電話師傅到房間衹是看了一圈説第二天叫維修工來修就走了（房間燈也有幾個不亮，光線很暗）但是説話什麼的態度挺好 就 湊合湊合

空調製熱不怎麼好進去是16℃，，洗了個澡出來好冷，給前台打電話説20分鐘後就好了，過了半個小時才升了1℃，睡了一晚上都還是17℃，睡到半夜2點多不知道哪來的旅遊團好吵，好吵，又給前台打電話前台説是新來的入住的客人。
