You can walk to the Bell Tower, and there are tons of restaurants and malls nearby. It was especially delightful to go out at night and enjoy the ancient city's night view. The room's cleanliness was something we really appreciated. It was meticulously and thoroughly cleaned. The bedding was soft and spotless, and the bathroom counters and corners were all perfectly clean, with no strange odors. Opening the window allowed for great ventilation. The hotel's facilities were very well-equipped. The entire room had smart controls, allowing us to adjust the curtains and lights by voice, which was simple and easy to use. The mattress was very comfortable, the hot water was instant, amenities were plentiful, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough for streaming videos without any lag. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and had ample storage. The hotel's common areas were tidy and grand, and there was even a self-service laundry room available. Staying in the heart of the city's commercial district meant no time wasted on commuting. With solid hygiene and trendy, functional facilities, the overall experience was excellent. First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – right by the subway exit and easy to find. However, the room was incredibly small, barely enough space to move around, and the cleanliness was quite poor. There was a lot of lint under the curtains. Finally, the service. We arrived quite early, and I completely understood that the room might not be ready. After an overnight train ride, all I wanted was to freshen up. I encountered a woman at the front desk who had a sour expression and was very dismissive. When I asked about a room, she just flat-out said no rooms were available for early check-in as per policy. I then saw someone checking out and went back to ask her again, and she reluctantly said it wasn't the room type I booked, which was really frustrating. As for the facilities, you can see for yourselves: all the sinks were completely clogged, making it difficult even to wash my face, and the drainage was terrible.
