The room is conveniently located next to the train station and subway, making getting around super easy. The facilities in the room are new, and it's quiet at night with the windows closed, so it doesn't disturb sleep. They even offer free congee after 9:30 PM. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The rooms are new and the service is excellent. Xingchen provided attentive service, and Yanzu was very enthusiastic. The location is convenient, and they even offer late-night snacks. There's also a laundry room and a gym. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located about 100 meters from the train station and Metro Line 4. It has a gym and a laundry room, with 24-hour self-service laundry facilities which are very convenient. It's also very close to the Daming Palace National Heritage Park and Daming Palace Banquet. Xingchen provided warm service, and the check-in process was professional and quick.

He checked me in incredibly quickly and efficiently, all while professionally handling the process. While I waited, he thoughtfully brought me a complimentary tea and meticulously explained the room facilities, breakfast times, and evening congee service. I asked about the invoicing process, and he clearly explained everything in one go, pre-registering my information so I wouldn't have to wait long for the invoice. He also patiently answered my questions about the booking. His service was both gentle and incredibly thoughtful. The hotel lobby is spacious and elegant, and the subtle fragrance upon entering was very pleasant – absolutely no unpleasant odors. My room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The bathroom, bedding, and disposable amenities were all high quality. The air conditioning was powerful, the TV picture was clear, and the soundproofing throughout the room was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the late-night congee was warm and comforting. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of water when I checked out. They have robot delivery, a 24-hour self-service laundry room, and all the hardware facilities are complete and new. I even received a thoughtful pre-arrival welcome message before my stay. Every single detail, from booking and check-in to check-out, was perfectly executed. The overall service is attentive and meticulous, and the environment is comfortable and quiet. It's suitable for both short business trips and leisure stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend everyone to ask for Huaichuan when checking in!

The TV displayed a personalized welcome message with my surname, another thoughtful touch I've only seen in five-star hotels before. Since it's a new hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are top-notch; everything is spotless. The towels, true to Atour's standard, were individually packaged, saving me the worry of finding stray hairs. A special mention goes to the light yellow bedding, which is only found in newly opened Atour hotels. It instantly created a warm atmosphere, and the sleeping experience was very comfortable. The bedding was breathable and didn't have that stuffy feeling often associated with hotel linens. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. The variety of Chinese and Western dishes, fruits, salads, and more surpassed what you'd find at other chain brands. The restaurant staff spoke softly and politely, proactively asking if I needed help with made-to-order items and even assisting a child who wanted a roujiamo by helping to fill it. The laundry room attendant also helped transfer clothes from the washing machine to the dryer, saving guests the hassle of waiting around. Any other issues I encountered were also resolved patiently and helpfully. While it's a bit more expensive than other chain hotels, it was definitely a very hassle-free and comfortable stay.
