Location is good. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. And one of the most interesting thing is there is some workout equipment in the room.

I've stayed at Heyea Hostel before in Chongqing, and I felt it was the best hostel for budget travelers with the highest value for money. Many foreigners stayed there too, so Heyea Hostel definitely has a good reputation. Now that I'm in Xi'an, I'm staying at Heyea Hostel again. It's very convenient for dining and transportation.

This was a beautiful little hostel in the middle of the city. It’s stowed away so that it is not in the middle of the tourist traffic but still very central. I loved the roof terrace to relax after a long day!

Arrived late after flying from Guangzhou for school, but the front desk staff quickly checked me in. The location is excellent, the environment is great, and the common areas are well-designed. The little cat is adorable.

Room was spacious and had a good city view. Staff was very forthcoming and always listen to the problems. Halal food is available downstairs and it has a sizeable market in the vicinity. Even pharmacy is merely 100 m from hotel. Laundary service was also available. Over all a very good experience

the hotel was located along a main road (behind a wall but they have led signs to guide you there). the room was in a decent condition (some dust below the shelves and in the corners of the room) and the toilet bowl had a funky smell coming out of it, but overall cleanliness is acceptable. the room was also quite large. we were able to have 2 luggages open on the floor and still had space to walk around. the kettle was broken but we didn't need it. the 24hr reception was very responsive and helpful as well. though the hallways are quite loud because they amplify the footsteps and luggage wheels as people walked past. overall a decent and enjoyable stay!

The room was spotless, and the interior was clean with a private bathroom. The lighting was good, and my roommates were considerate. It was quiet and hygienic, with a clothes drying rack, a washroom, and a washing machine. Overall, it was excellent.
