Whenever I visit Xi'an, I always stay at the Meilihao Hotel because of its excellent location, warm and attentive staff, and spacious rooms with fantastic views. The room size wasn't small and the facilities were decent. The natural history museum was right outside the window. Since it's on a higher floor, we always had to wait a long time for the two elevators. The dining area is on the 23rd floor, the top floor, and there's an evening tea break from 8-10 PM. There's also a large platform above that. The breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive. Service: Very enthusiastic. They even gave us two bottles of warm mineral water when we checked out and a small toy gift for our child. Points for improvement: 1. Our journey with Meilihao began because we were traveling with our pet. Their service is not only warm and attentive, but every detail is also perfectly handled.
