Campanile Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower)

This hotel is quite upscale and ideally located very close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. Parking is convenient, and it seems to be popular with international guests. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering options that cater to both Western and Chinese palates. It was my first time staying in such an expensive hotel, and the experience was definitely unique.

When I travel, I often stay at Campanile hotels, and they always have great locations. The rooms aren't huge, but the layout is very comfortable. It's super close to the subway, making it really convenient to get around. Plus, you can walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter.

Everything was great! It's very close to the Bell Tower and the surroundings are quiet. The room was a good size with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were very warm and polite, and the breakfast was excellent for the price.

Absolutely loved it! This was my favorite hotel among all the ones I booked in Xi'an this trip. I initially chose it just for its excellent location, but it totally exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and their service was top-notch; any issues I raised were addressed immediately. I really enjoyed my stay here. Before booking, I was a bit worried it might be noisy being in a bustling area, but surprisingly, I didn't hear any noise at night. I slept soundly until past 8 AM!

This was my second time choosing this hotel, and its location is excellent. Both the subway and bus stops are incredibly convenient. It's close to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, Sajinqiao, and Daxuexi Lane, making it easy to eat, play, and get around in the city center.

The room was great and very clean. The best part was the breakfast – absolutely delicious! They had my favorite salad and really good juice. The variety was excellent, everything was clean, and the service was wonderful. Everyone was so kind, and I noticed a lot of international guests too.

This hotel has a great atmosphere and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, every staff member greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. The front desk staff, especially the young ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions during check-in without any perfunctory responses. It was also very quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. Free coffee is a nice touch, and the room was well-equipped with all the usual amenities like toiletries.
