Campanile Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower) Reviews

We spend a couple of days in Xi'an and this hotel was really good. The room was comfortable and wide, the shower was literally amazing and the bed comfortable enough to have a good sleep. The breakfast was also good with possibility to choose from Western or traditional Chinese dishes. Reception service was excellent with English-speaking service. Sometimes there was just like cigarette odor in corridors and in the bathroom, but then disappeared.

Campanile Hotel offers a clean, comfortable room. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a free washing machine and dryer, which is great. The breakfast is simple but enough. The location is great as it is near many places to eat and historical sites. The hotel also has printed some useful transportation information leaflets to the main attractions.

I usually choose “Campanile” hotel during my trip because I like European breakfast! Great breakfast (include croissants)clean room. I asked stuff to live at city-view room. It was great ! Thank you

Lovely to walk around at night

Excellent price for the location. This is literally just a few steps from the main attractions and the stations. I couldn’t ask for more. As a traveler who likes windows, the window has some railings so your view is blocked. But I think they do that for safety purpose.

Just awesome! The staff are really helpful and some have very good English. They helped me arrange a tour and even heated my food after we came in with cold food (it’s winter here). The room is cleaned everyday. Location wise, just across the road is The Drum Tower, and it is quiet and peaceful here. Definitely worth the stay! We will come back 👍

I had wonderful experience staying here. They clean the room everyday and changed the bedsheet on daily basis. The location is at the prime spot, just 10 mins walking you can get to Hui Street. The ears were clogged and the receptionist pointed me the a pharmacy which is just 5 mins walk close to Subway entrance.

The hotel condition was great, super clean, close to the metro station, staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they let us do an early check in, also they helped us with directions with paper notes. I did laundry Wich was complementary on the hotel. Definitely recommend to pay for the breakfast, totally worthy for the price. I liked everything of this hotel, can't recommend it enough.

Hotel was situated on an alleyway side street, but within a short walk to the subway which was convenient. Nearby are also many street food stalls and it is within walking distance to most of the places of interest, like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, grand mosque, Muslim quarters etc Room and shower are ok with comfortable bedding. Breakfast is ample for both eastern and western palate.

Room is good, location is excellently located at the city center. easy access to attractions, food and mrt.

Our second stay in this awesome hotel. Great location within walking distance to the Drum tower and Bell tower. F&B outlets are just everywhere near the hotel. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The services provided by the hotel staffs are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if at all revisiting Xi'an. Transportation not an issue with public transport and metro station just round the corner. From what I observed during our two visits, this hotel catered around 70% of foreign guests. We loved the breakfast, it's Chinese and western. You won't regret staying here.

We had a great stay at This Hotel. It‘s Right Next to the drum Tower and the Staff was very friendly!

The hotel is a nice enough Western-style hotel with comfortable rooms, a small gym and an average, but big in selection breakfast. The location is excellent. It was a 10 minute walk from the Muslim Quarter, and a 2 minute walk to a great food street where mostly locals go. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had complaints or needed a packed breakfast for an early start. Although it's a non-smoking hotel, people smoke. The bathroom of our first room smelled (I guess through the ventilation shafts) so we were switched to another room that didn't smell. However, depending on who, when and where is smoking, the corridors and rooms can still smell occasionally. It's not awfully strong, but enough to bother some people. The staff was very accommodating when we complained, so that was very nice!

Pretty good hotel in XiAn, good location,English speaking staff and very friendly,Breakfast tasty and have continental food as well.
