房子衞生很差，上一個住之後都沒有整理，床單枕頭都很臟，衞生間垃圾也沒倒，總之為啥很差，衹有服務態度還可以。

優點：位置絕佳。便宜。老闆熱情。
缺點：空調不熱。隔音差。沒有吹風機。淋浴不熱。潮濕陰暗。沒有毛巾浴巾。充電不方便。
建議老闆把房間都翻新裝修一遍，生意肯定更好，價格，到時候也能漲一漲。畢竟位置太好了。
