位置便利，還挺乾淨。不過入住前因為上一位住户沒有退房導致我們入住受到影響，臨時換房，換的房也不是看的這間。但是價格一樣。房東第二天給退了20塊的房費。這個屋頂好像沒來得及裝修，如果已經裝完了那就是還挺別緻。空調聲音太大了，開了還是很冷，導致吵的一晚上沒有睡着，第二天天沒亮就火速退房換房補覺去了。被子被罩和被子非常容易分離，都和房東反饋了希望有改變。還是不太順利的一次入住體驗。
