Hotel is really well located right next to the bell tower and within the city walls. Easily accessible with a metro right outside. Staff were warm and very helpful and room was adequate size and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We only decided to go to Xi'an in Nov 2025. It was our first trip ever to Xi'an. Due to the short notice plan and not knowing much about the city, we have to gamble on our choice of hotel. In actual fact, we have booked 3 different hotels before we finally agreed to pick Center Hotel as our choice. We are glad the hotel met our expectations. Clean, spacious and the best part was, it has its own opened deck. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, walking distance to everywhere. About 15 mins walk to the Muslim Quarter & the Great Xi'an Mosque. Less than 10 mins walk to the Kaiyuan Mall. Quite a short distance to other commercial areas such as Saga Mall. Easy to get a ride.

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is super convenient. It's right outside the subway exit, making getting around incredibly easy! The room was also very clean, and they even offered afternoon tea during my stay, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a great experience!

The staff at the Center hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very central…. Lots to see and do, plus Xi’an is a beautiful city. The roundabout outside chaotic but the walkways under the road get you around the place. We would stay here again.

The location truly can't be beat. It's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The Bell and Drum Towers are right across the street, and Kaiyuan Temple is nearby. However, the stay also had some significant downsides. The soundproofing is a major issue; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway at night. The TV volume was incredibly loud; even on a very low setting, it was still too much. As a light sleeper, I really struggled and didn't get a good night's rest. The shower was another headache. The water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and I spent ages trying to find a comfortable setting, making showering a constant source of anxiety. While the location is definitely a plus, the shortcomings in service and facilities really impacted the overall experience. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

Environment: We chose a room with a view, and both windows offered a beautiful view of the Bell Tower. The downside is that it was quite noisy. The room temperature was very hot; I'd wake up feeling hot at night. Even after lowering the AC, it didn't help, so I ended up turning off the AC and opening the windows.
