This is my first time staying in an international brand hotel and I am extremely disappointed. It is my first time staying in an international brand hotel and I don’t want to use the towels and other supplies in the guest room. It looks really dirty. The hotel can be old but not shabby. There is a special gift when you stay in the guest room. It feels like entering the maintenance room. You can see things that need construction everywhere. When I informed the front desk sister of my opinion, she was told that I was sorry because the hotel was too old!
Being too old is really not the direct cause of being too worn out.
Also, is the hotel so poor that the hair dryer in the room requires a rubber band to hold down the button? ….

The guy at the door saw that I was carrying two suitcases alone and didn't even try to help.
When I checked in at the front desk, I was informed that I had made a reservation from Ctrip, but they said they couldn't find it. It took a long time before I could find it. The front desk staff's professional skills were too poor.
