The room was comfortable, and having a subway station right in front of the hotel made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel service was excellent. I particularly liked the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the complimentary black and green teas in the room were delicious. I'll definitely be back to stay here again.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, I have to give it high praise! The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping nearby. Check-in was efficient, and the staff proactively helped with luggage and patiently introduced local attractions. The tea in the lobby was also delicious. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is incredibly easy to get to from the subway, just a few minutes' walk. The lady at check-in was very welcoming and enthusiastic. All in all, it's a hotel I'd definitely stay at again next time.

The location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The room was clean, and we even got an upgrade to a premium room. Although parking was tight, they still managed to arrange a spot for us. The service was absolutely impeccable!

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it has a great location, good room facilities, and a clean environment. The front desk service is also good. The hotel elevators have key card access, which makes it feel quite safe and well-managed!

It's also not far from the Bell and Drum Towers, and the Muslim Quarter and Sajin Street food streets – just one subway stop away or a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, perfect for a post-meal stroll. The rooms here are spacious, clean, and hygienic, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom and smart toilets. All the staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant, were very welcoming and provided excellent service, truly a well-trained hotel. Plus, the breakfast spread was very generous.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel has its own parking lot, which was very convenient for our road trip. We didn't want to drive in the city, and the subway was very accessible, just one stop from Gulou Station. If you like to explore Xi'an at a leisurely pace, it's also not far to walk. The service attitude was excellent, and communication was efficient. We stayed for two nights, and each day when we returned from sightseeing, the room had already been meticulously cleaned, unlike some hotels where you have to specifically request it. We were very satisfied. They even had a shower puff in the amenities, which was a pleasant surprise, especially since I brought my favorite shower gel. That was truly a creative little touch.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms and good location close to Beidajie metro station and Xi’an Railway Station. Great place to base yourself in Xi’an so you can explore local sites such as the Terracotta Warriors, the Drum Tower etc. There’s also a Luckin’ Coffee in the lobby!

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The hotel also provided bottled water refills on each floor. The staff were all very enthusiastic. My only minor complaint is that there was often a queue for the lobby restrooms. The bed was really soft and comfortable, so I slept well.

The room was cozy and inviting, with good quality bedding and plenty of space. The location is excellent, making it convenient for subway access, and there are many restaurants nearby. I stayed for three days and had a great experience! 👍

The white sheer curtains have turned black! The bathroom floor tiles are largely yellowed; my child refused to shower, claiming there was 'poop and pee' on them – it was impossible to explain otherwise! The faucet in the sink is severely peeling, revealing a very plasticky material underneath. And the air conditioning is utterly useless; it makes a rumbling noise but still doesn't cool, thankfully it's not summer. Before booking, I saw reviews mentioning the old and rundown facilities, and now it's confirmed. Everyone, be prepared! In the picture, I compared a plastic bag to the hotel's sheer curtain – stark black and white difference! How many years has it been since they were last cleaned?! The hygiene is terrible! The customer service auntie was very enthusiastic and delivered requested children's amenities within minutes. Kudos to the customer service auntie.

The surrounding area is also very quiet, so we slept really well at night. The room was even more spacious and clean than I expected! The mattress and pillows were just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came quickly, washing away the day's fatigue. The attention to detail was also impressive, with features like a smart toilet and automatic curtains, which really enhanced the experience. Our child forgot their key, and the hotel promptly called us, showing great attention to service details. [Strongly recommend]

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is super close to the subway station – just one stop away from the Bell Tower. The room was also spacious, and they offer unlimited complimentary drinking water, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'm satisfied. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, including a Luckin Coffee and Wei Jia Liangpi on the first floor. They even gave us a welcome gift!
