Ramada Bell Tower Hotel Xi'an

Jojo the manager and her staff including the concierge 中超旅行社 赵女 have provided me great services for the last 8 forgettable days. I would strongly recommend this hotel for traveller to xi'an.

It's a good hotel located in the center of the district. Within a walking distance around 10 minutes to the Drum Tower. Clean and tidy. They allowed us to upgrade our room without an additional charge. They have a tour service in the hotel too, where we can conveniently book our taxi to the airport or to the tourism attraction places. There were a lot of food sellers beside the hotel. And at night, there were sellers with their electric vehicle selling snacks or fruits along the pavement. Definitely recommend.

Hotel location was great. 10min to walk to subway and surrounded by shops and places of interest. Streets infront were busy but hotel room was quiet. Staff at front desk, Mary Wang, was friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping and breakfast crew were very good too. Overall a good hotel to stay. Edited to add: the breakfast place on 4F served ala carte lunch and dinner. The dishes were very good, and prices reasonable.

Situated within easy distance of the old city attractions, the Ramada lives.up to.itswell.earned reputation. This.area.of.Xi'an is almost.24/7 hstle and.bustle yet the rooms.are quiet as a mouse and a good nigt's sleep is , as the hotel advertises, to sleep like a rock star. On arrival check in is a doddle and the very friendly and efficient staff gave me an upgraded room. I have to thank staff, namely Mary Wang, for their fantastic attention to detail and their knowledge of the locale. Rooms were clean, bed very comfortable, air conditioning a present from the gods and essential in the heat. Breakfast was well priced and timings industry standard til about 9.30am. Aselection of hot and cold, mainly Chinese but some western offerings. Tasty, filling and a variety from rice, meats, toast and pastries, fruits etc. Room service available but I didn't need it. Metroline a couple of 100 yards left out of hotel and very convenient to Yongning men where the city walls can be walked and, upon finishing, head to Sharky's bar for a band, chilled beer or soft drinks and fantastic burgers. Athoroughly enjoyable trip to Xian made all the more pleasant by a thoroughly lovely hotel and thoroughly lovely staff. Highly recommend: Terracota Army, city walls, pagoda and nighttime .

Thanks a lot to Jesse who upgraded us to a better room and took time to make sure our stay was the best. The hotel is clean with everything needed and is very well located at the center of Xi'an. Would definitely go again!

Excellent service provided by Ms Zhang. She is very customer-service oriented, check in was speedy and felt very welcomed. Ms Zhang has a very cheerful personality, and gave complimentary buffet voucher to experience their inhouse breakfast spread which was delicious. Room is cozy and clean, loaction of hotel is excellent, within walking distance to Zhonglou metro station. I would give Ms Zhang 5star for her dedication and excellent customer service.

We stayed for three nights from 14-17 June 2024 and booked a family room. Room was clean and the children were delighted to find that it was decorated with cute stuff toys when we first arrived. The hotel buffet breakfast was of good variety, consisting of local and international food. Will definitely stay in Ramada Bell Tower again as the location was strategically located, very near to food places, transportation and shopping but not noisy. We were serviced by staff named 17, who was attentive and went out of his way to prepare for us packed breakfast when he found out we were checking out in the wee hours at 3.30am to catch our plane.

Amazing hospitality, from check-in/out to room service. Special mention to the Ms. Xing (manager) who ensured all our requests were met. Great location - close to all amenities and attractions. Clean rooms and unique layout. Hotel works together with one of the largest domestic tour group; most packages are worth the value. Skip the airport service though as it's disappointing, given the cost is similar to ride hailing.
