設施比想象得更便捷，酒店後面小木門刷卡直達公園。贈送了早餐，服務員大姐王英熱情、服務好。其他工作人員態度認真有禮。推薦選擇庭院景房，城市景觀臨馬路，露台會比較吵，雙層玻璃管隔開，晚上房間還是比較安靜的，不影響休息。

非常喜歡這裏，因為帶着小狗選擇在這裏，還幫我免費升級了帶有大浴缸的房間，非常舒服，服務態度也好，大家都很喜歡小狗，很有愛心，因為出去吃飯沒辦法帶狗狗，也幫我照顧。這裏很好，離不夜城和大雁塔都幾分鐘，非常方便，下次還會來的。

房間鬧中取靜，非常舒適。小院子裏喝茶無人打擾很是愜意早餐菜品豐富，早餐的服務員大姐貼心，屋裡的大型泡池非常棒。感謝前台小姐姐給升級的房型，是我西安之行難忘的回憶。

帶娃去西安玩，酒店給我們升級了帶院子的榻榻米房間 ，房間很大 自帶一個小院子可以曬衣服。
酒店後門出去就是大唐不夜城，非常方便，我們是白天安排的市裡的景區，晚上就在酒店點的外賣，附近外賣很多，再帶娃去大唐不夜城遛彎。
房間很乾凈，服務也很好，入住會加微信，有任何需求，微信會第一時間回覆。早餐也很豐盛，娃很愛喝酒店的豆漿，烤腸，曲奇餅乾🍪
非常推薦，下次二刷西安再約~

這次的酒店入住體驗太棒了！剛到酒店，門口有一位大叔就熱情地迎上來幫忙拿行李，並送到房間，途中一路介紹，房間也做了詳細的介紹，後面外賣也是大叔送上來的，一定要好好表揚，工作熱情積極。小董和小嚴也很棒👍🏻
前台工作人員辦理入住手續迅速又貼心。
房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得超香。衞生間也打掃得一塵不染，洗漱用品質量很好。湯池也很乾凈，小孩每天都泡😄
酒店位置特別好，周邊吃飯、購物都很方便。下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！

1，酒店門口單行道相對安全
2，環境優美，東方特色，古色古香
3，服務態度好，顧客的合理要求都能儘量滿足，（前兩天自助餐的西瓜切塊較小，我們提出能不能切的略大一些，立馬改善，餐廳服務員阿姨態度很好）而且早餐麪食不錯，小朋友很愛吃
4，地理位置好，緊鄰大雁塔，大唐不夜城，還有大悦城，非常方便
5，隔壁學弟説他洗澡的水龍頭出水像淌眼淚，後續也得到了改善

首先，早餐特別滿意，餐廳大姐特別善解人意，沒有到開餐時間，因為我們趕時間，也讓我們提前用餐，早餐吃得也非常滿意，基本都是我愛吃的，非常難得
其次，離大雁塔很近，但是非常安靜，睡眠非常好
第三，前台和客房服務也很好，帶我們去客房，幫我們找車位，幫我們送外賣，客房的飲料都是不收費，大熱天的在大堂還有酸梅湯和他們自己熬的綠豆沙可以喝
第四，酒店設計得非常好

酒店設施很新房間也很大，位置在大唐不夜城和大悦城的附近是優點但也因為在景區門口又是單行道，到傍晚後出行不是很方便，可以給其他旅客參考。酒店鬧中取靜休息的不錯，唯一的不足是早餐真的種類太少了。還有不知道為什麼連早餐時候餐廳的阿姨都在問我們要好評，如果是酒店考評是否更應該注意下客人的私隱和在不打擾的時候提出要求，何況餐廳的阿姨和客人沒有直接接觸吧，會讓客人感覺很突兀。前台和客房接待服務都很不錯。
