I really love the hotel's ambiance and style, with both Chinese-style and Zen-inspired rooms. A big shout-out to Bingyue for arranging a room with a great view – it was quiet and comfortable. The service was excellent, very warm and genuine. The hotel has a large garden where you can feed peacocks, and the transportation is convenient and quick. At the end of January, before the Chinese New Year travel rush, I took my family of three to Xi'an for a trip. We stayed at the Hualuxe Hotel, an IHG property, which has an excellent location right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, yet it's not as noisy as the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The hotel's garden design is very unique and elegant, and there are two peacocks that aren't afraid of people. The festive New Year atmosphere was really strong! My child loved it, and we'll definitely stay here again next time! The front desk staff, Sakura, Angel, and Amy, were very enthusiastic and provided great service. Thank you all for your hard work!
