Hyatt is worthy of being an international hotel chain. I booked in advance on Ctrip. The hotel contacted me in advance and was very enthusiastic and able to provide convenience. I rented a local car because I went to the hotel. It happened to send the car to the hotel in advance. I was busy with the formalities with the other party. The hotel service staff helped me find my children and sent my luggage and two children to the room to wait for me. After the car was completed, they also helped me enter the license plate and follow up on our services at any time... The service was very thoughtful. In addition, the greening of the Hyatt Park in Xi'an is also very beautiful, and the lobby is also very grand and full of grade. It is just next to Nanhu Park, which is convenient for taking children for a walk. Staying in Hyatt feels like vacationing in the city center, by the south lake of Qujiang River, and opposite the hotel gate is a shopping mall. It is also very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The starting price is very convenient for online car-hailing in Xi'an. I took my children to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Never Sleeps City... The whole stay experience is very good. I recognize the Hyatt brand. Next time I go to Xi'an, I will still choose the Hyatt Hotel in Xi'an. The decoration of the W Hotel next to it is too nightclub-like. I personally don't like that style. The style of Hyatt... The temperament is more dignified and atmospheric.

The room is clean and sanitary, the bed is comfortable and big, the location is also easy to find, the front desk icey warm service, the attitude is very friendly, very good! I will stay here again in the future! The hotel lobby is magnificent, the pillows in the room are really the best five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, the hotel breakfast is also very nice, the hotel back door can reach the park, there is also a lake in the park, the cherry blossoms at the front door of the hotel are also beautiful.

The overall environment of the hotel is good. It is located in Qujiang New District and built in a park scenic area. Guests can walk in and out of the park lake from a side door of the hotel. The transportation is convenient. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to Datang Never Sleeps City. Opposite is a comprehensive shopping mall, Jindi Plaza, a national unified shopping mall, with Sichuan, Hunan and Cantonese cuisine. For people like me who don’t like beef and mutton, there are many more choices. Starbucks and Luckin Coffee are also available. The hotel must be praised for its very good service attitude. Whenever you take a car to the door of the hotel, someone will come to help open the door and help deliver the luggage to the room. 👍 The hotel staff will greet guests warmly when they see guests. There is free water refill in the room, and there is a MINI bar with Oreos and potato chips for the baby. There is also free Coke in the small refrigerator. The king-size bed room we stayed in did not have a balcony and could open the window. The window was large and the room was bright enough. I must praise the sofa for being wide and practical. There is no need to add an extra bed for one more person at home. This is great! I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the second one with such a wide sofa. Check-out was also very convenient and quick. I left my luggage there that day and went out to play, then came back to take it to the airport. Overall, it was great and worth recommending.
