very good service at the hotel especially the front desk Jennifer 小郭 and Sean 小轩. We have some problems faced with our flight ticket, they are very attentive and helpful. The room is very clean. Location is convenient, many foods nearby

Great location, just a short walk from the Bell Tower and Exit H of metro lines 2 and 6, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms are always clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast mainly features Chinese dishes, with only a few Western options available.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at Novotel Xian hotel! From arriving at the hotel we were met at the entrance and our bags were taken to the reception. The women working behind reception were very welcoming, friendly and spoke great English. The hotel smelled very fresh, the room was very large, clean, modern and had lots of amenities. This hotel is excellent even to western standards, and I would expect to pay around £300 a night for this room back in London but here in Xian it was really cheap! Location is also excellent, few minutes walk from the main centre. Honestly I could not recommend this hotel enough!

This hotel is very nice and conveniently located. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very helpful and nice staff. I would like to especially highlight Lily Zhao at the front desk whose help was greatly appreciated by us, and the Gentleman at the entrance door who kindly helped with our lugagge. Breakfast was great, including a good western and chinese choice. Our stay was a great experience and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone else staying in Xi'an. Would book again. Thank you very much.

Jeenifer Guo did a fantastic job. Her service exceeds what we expected. This is an excellent hotel and we will definitely come back again.
We have free healthy dessert at night which we never have this kind of experience in other hotels.

Phenomenal experience. Location was excellent, the little extras were appreciated such as provided bottled water. Faye Mu was professional, friendly and kind.
Doorman was also consistently attentive and friendly.
Well known hotel which makes booking guides and tours very easy.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
