The room is so clean but the elevator are dirty because the place is in residential area.

Really nice apartment! Everything we needed and close to the metro station. Convenient access and great communication.

The hotel is really a block of flats so the elevator is usually packed and not particularly clean. The room was clean however but it is poorly insulated which means you have to keep the AC on full blast and ask for second quilt. The toilet is really badly designed as the water tank juts out from the side of the WC forcing you to lean your head sideways when it’s time for a leak. I it’s also freezing since the AC doesn’t reach it. The decor isn’t as nice as the photos either The location, though not particularly attractive is good as it’s central, near the subway and old town and has some convenience stores ABs restaurants nearby. For me the worst thing was the poor insulation, the cold bathroom and its bad design.

Landlord is accommodating, though the apartment looks quite small and room is cold, but its okay since they informed us about that and even offered an upgrade for free to another apartment,, we just got lazy to move.

Great apartment to stay for 5 nights. Was really warm, easy to wash clothes and had a kitchen which had the pots and pans we needed to make ourselves dinner. Full sized fridge and really nice rooms. Good place for sure

The reception service is very good. The apartment is big and worth the money. Very good place, near bars and animated district!

High cost performance, good service, checked in in the early morning, and patiently told me how to get there and how to get in. I stayed here for a few days when I came to travel

The apartment has everything you need for a very competitive price. It was superficially clean. The kitchen had utensils, although some more dishes and some western-style cutlery would be nice. The apartment building is a 5-minute walk from the station that connects the center and the train station. Finding the apartment is not easy. You have to enter the building and look for section B, floor 30. They do not have a reception as such. It is better to contact them via wechat to let them know of your arrival.

Location is good. There are several shopping malls within a short walk, and the city wall, Shuyuan Gate, bell tower, and cultural street are within 15 minutes' walk. It is not far by car. Location is good, come out for food u can go straight to the shopping mall. Another 15min walk, u can see the fortifications of Xi An, bell tower, cultural alley..

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It is very convenient to cook and wash clothes. I am quite satisfied with my stay.

Spacious apartment with hob, extractor, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Functional bathroom with hot shower. 2 beds. Sofa in front of the projector where you could watch films (for a fee). View of the old city (between the flats). Bar with 2 high chairs where you could eat. Centrally located within walking distance of the metro station and the old city. More than enough shopping opportunities and restaurants. Elevator available. Lighting in the hallway in front of the front door did not always work, which made it an unpleasant entrance.
