Xizhiyue Hotel (Xi'an North High-speed Railway Station Municipal Government Branch)

The hotel is conveniently located between Xi'an's Second and Third Ring Roads. While not in the city center, they offer a complimentary shuttle service, making travel easy. Plus, there's parking available, which is great for those driving. The lobby has a modern, minimalist design, and the service is incredibly efficient. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers, is very courteous (a special shoutout to the kind Master Xiang, who gave excellent travel tips and itinerary advice!). After my initial stay, I was upgraded to a better room for free and received complimentary breakfast. They also offer a personalized butler service. **Bedding:** The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm, and provided good support, making it quite comfortable. (It would be even better if they offered two pillow options with adjustable firmness.) **Soundproofing:** I barely heard any noise from the hallway or the neighboring rooms. (While the soundproofing was good, the air conditioning made a slight whirring sound.) **Blackout:** The curtains blocked out 90% of the light, so I wasn't woken up by the morning sun, but the curtain track was a bit noisy when opening/closing. **Bathroom:** The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The shower had great water pressure, and hot water came out very quickly, in about 7-8 seconds. I didn't see any dust in the corners or under the bed, and there were no hairs on the sheets (though there was a small hole in the duvet cover). Overall, the hygiene met standards. (However, on the first day, there was dust on the hangers.) **Facilities & Services:** The hotel features electric curtains, bedside controls, and robot food delivery, which adds a nice high-tech touch. The air conditioning heated up quickly, making it great for kids. **Breakfast:** The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. Over my four-day stay, there were different dishes each day. The freshly made noodles and rice noodles were delicious. The egg noodles and saozi noodles were kid-friendly, and the rice noodles were very refreshing. Tea and white fungus soup were always available in the lobby, making it easy to feed my child. **Laundry Room:** There's a laundry room, but the laundry detergent didn't have a fresh scent. **Wi-Fi:** The Wi-Fi speed was stable; I could watch videos without buffering and screen mirroring worked perfectly. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

The room temperature and humidity were just right. The facilities were excellent and fully functional. The bedding, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste were all high quality. The WiFi and TV worked perfectly. It even has its own parking lot, which is great if you're driving. It's a fantastic hotel for travelers to rest and I highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
