Location was great. Entrance not easy to spot but after found the hotel gives you rest from the busy street life with all the available street food.
Also accessibility is good as it is neer metro line 2.

The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

Friendly staff. Actually nice breakfast ! Little patio is convenient too. Very comfy bed. Our room had basically no window but for such a location and a short trip it's not an issue.

The room is clean and the facilities are quite new. The room at the end of the corridor is very large, and the front desk girl helped to coordinate it. Basically, she responded to all requests, which was great. It is close to the underground passage, but if you take the subway, you have to go three quarters of a circle underground, which is also OK. It is very close to the Forest of Steles, the City Wall, and the Bell and Drum Towers on foot. There are many shops around the corner that rent Hanfu makeup and filming, which is very convenient. There are residential areas around, so there are many delicious foods.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel when I came to Xi'an for the first time. The experience was very good! The hotel has a superior location, and it is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The Drum Tower and the Bell Tower are very close to the hotel. The hotel services from the front desk to the guest rooms treat guests like family, warm and thoughtful. I would also like to mention that the Hanfu styling makeup artist in the Rumengge Studio on the second floor of the hotel is very professional. It is very reassuring to experience Hanfu styling there! Because I experienced it myself!
