衞生！！！是換了房後都有頭髮不乾淨有灰有頭髮 設施！！！斷電 我跑了兩次前台衹能換房 環境…就一個小窗户 都是居民樓 感覺跟悶 服務…連鎖酒店不是應該服務都有保障嘛 讓我跑兩次後還是斷電 説讓人處理結果遲遲沒人 前台兩個人 沒一個上去絕了 聯繫攜程後才處理 誰住誰住去！！！

一次很滿意的入住！前台美女服務很好很暖心！大早上有點冷，一到酒店她就很主動的為我們倒了兩杯熱水，瞬間就感覺不冷了！房間乾淨衞生，躺着看電影真的過癮！再次感謝前台美女的暖心服務！

春節和朋友出去玩，在網上找的這個這家酒店，這真的是最近住的最滿意的一家酒店啦，酒店地理位置很好，交通方便。就在城牆邊上，去鐘鼓樓，大雁塔也非常的方便，酒店所有房間都帶有投影，而且都開通了愛奇藝會員，簡直太棒了，非常適合年輕人住，酒店服務真的沒話説，房間也打掃的很乾凈，從我到酒店門口開始，因為行李比較多的原因，工作人員看到了就立馬來幫我拿行李，還有一個小姐姐進門辦理入住的時候給我和朋友倒了兩杯熱水，很暖心，辦理完入住還主動幫我把行李送到了房間，前台還很貼心的提供一些一次性物品，一次性口罩，一次性紙杯，一次性馬桶墊，簡直太讓人滿意了，下次有機會來一定還住這裏～

酒店位置在文昌門外近二號線 ，距離地鐵站，和景點都很近，因為很晚才辦的入住 前台服務人員的服務態度也是非常好的，幫忙按電梯，拿送行李🧳，因為天氣冷想喝點熱水也幫忙給接好拿過來，真的非常貼心❤️，房間裡邊水喝完了打電話也及時的用機器人🤖️送過來，房間衞生也非常乾淨，而且酒店的衞生間也是乾濕分離，這個就很方便，後邊因為行程問題晚上才走，詢問前台，説是可以給我們免費延遲退房，讓多休息一會兒，真的特別好，不管是前台的服務還是環境衞生都非常好👍🏻
