Very very comfortable place to stay. Huge rooms, very clean, great service from the staff, there is alws ginger tea and fruits every single day. Very near the high speed railway station as well! Thoroughly enjoyed my time here!

This is a good hotel to stay in Xi’an. 800 m to the metro station and a lot of the food in the surrounds..we get up grade to the big room and have free drinks, hot milk and snacks in the room…staff are friendly and the room is clean also have a dropping off to the train stations service 👍 when you come to Xi’an, this is the place you should be staying 😁👍

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I stayed here with my family and it was a blast. Cozy rooms, delicious breakfast and top service. Some of the team also speaks English 💪💪

I absolutely loved this hotel, it was the best I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. From the beautiful lobby, the generous welcome and personal service we knew we were in for a real treat. The rooms are huge, full of charm and first class fittings - a room where everything worked as it should and so comfortable. We really appreciated the hotel information being forwarded to us in English, we also had a contact available online for any questions we had. The 24 hour guest laundry was very much appreciated. The hotel was in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent restaurants just outside the door. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and delivering us to the rail station as part of the included service.

Impressive entrance with the huge wooden doors, wonderful chill out and coffee area, the dimmed lights creates a lovely atmosphere. Welcoming staff, eager to assist. Room was lovely, no foreign TV channels available unfortunately. Lovely customer service with the fruit and latter on yoghurts. Breakfast was standard but no omelette option. No pool but gym was reasonably well equipped, the cleaning staff were thorough. Metro is about 20 minutes away, shop/restaurants nearby. Pleasant staycation.

I have started for the weekend at the hotel. The room was clean, of good size, and amenities were available. Hotel reception was very friendly and accommodating for early check in or late check out. Would strongly recommend.

Good hotel staff, Zhang Xuan very helpful. She prepared packed breakfast for our early departure and help to arrange transfer to train station for us. Will definitely go back next time. Recommend

Very nice hotel, it’s on top of 3 hotel we stayed in Xian. Hotel location is good, walking distance to MTR station, shopping mall with many good restaurants around the hotel. Excellent service from the hotel with dedicated house keeper service, breakfast is great. Hotel room is large and clean. Hotel is very friendly to elderly people with wheelchair, highly recommend for all visitors to Xian.

This hotel was such an amazing experience. They provided top notch customer service, an amazing breakfast buffet and the hotel room was super comfortable and clean! I also had my own stewardess for the duration of my stay. Thank you, Rose Garden! I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Xian.
