MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower South Gate Branch)

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. It's also very close to Kuanzhai Alley, which I loved.

The hotel upgraded us for free to two parent-child rooms, which were incredibly spacious and the facilities were quite new. I initially booked for one night, but after staying, I immediately extended for two more nights. The service was also exceptional. In the morning, I put my clothes in the washing machine before heading out, and they dried them and returned them to my room. The location is also fantastic, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. Even though it's in the city center, it's very quiet. I was traveling with my parents, and it was an extremely satisfying experience!

This hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, really close to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the morning market, all within walking distance. They also have underground parking. What I really want to highlight is the breakfast. Even though there wasn't a huge variety, the taste was incredibly surprising. Their Roujiamo (meat burger) was even better than those from famous shops outside! All the mixed cold dishes and fried dough sticks were delicious too. We ended up eating so much at the hotel breakfast that we didn't even know what to eat when we went out exploring!

The room was clean and spacious, and my child absolutely loved the birdcage-style sofa bed. The butler service was very attentive, and having breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper all included was a great touch. Overall, it was pretty good.

Our stay was great! The transportation, food, and service were all excellent. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view, and came with free bottled water and tea bags. The hotel's location is fantastic; a few minutes' walk brings you to a bustling food and commercial street that's very lively at night, making dining and shopping super convenient. It's also within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Yongning Gate!

I brought my child to Xi'an after their college entrance exams. I was very satisfied with the room layout, cleanliness, and facilities. However, a small incident occurred during our stay that I found incomprehensible and made me very angry at the time. The hotel's response was incredibly fast, and their attitude towards resolving the issue was very proactive and sincere, not to mention extremely thoughtful and heartwarming. They successfully diffused all my anger. Although I still believe the incident shouldn't have happened, the hotel manager and the front desk ladies provided truly exceptional service! Therefore, if I bring my parents next time, I would likely choose this hotel again. I hope the hotel continues to improve!

The room temperature was comfortable, and it was clean and hygienic. With no noise around, I slept very soundly. The hotel service was excellent, and mineral water was supplied without limit. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of delicious food!

On this trip to Xi'an, I chose Mehao Lizhi Hotel again, and as always, the service was excellent. All the staff were incredibly warm and polite, especially the 'birdcage sofa chair' staff who gave us detailed information about local attractions and good eats, and even provided us with a comprehensive guide – truly fantastic! They also upgraded our room for free, and it was super close to the laundry room. The hotel is right near the Drum Tower, just a few minutes' walk to both the Drum Tower and Bell Tower, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.
