劉經理服務非常好，房間很大。後來着急退房趕高鐵，不小心把衣服忘在房間了。酒店主動聯繫我積極幫忙，並及時寄了回來，真是太感謝了。
酒店房間寬敞，乾濕分離，性價比高，離西安北站就十分鐘車程，可以接送 很方便。

這家酒店服務是非常好的，接送站很準時而且交通也挺便利，旁邊就是一個小型步行街吃東西買東西都很方便，早上快九點的高鐵給我安排了早上八點的送車，走的比較急還讓我帶着點早餐走非常不錯，前台小劉認真負責，態度超好，退房時東西落了，客房阿姨收拾出來給了前台，等打電話過去問的時候就已經在前台，太貼心了，衞生沒點毛病，總的來説，住就完了!

服務非常好，免費接送高鐵北站一次，司機師傅提前等我們下樓
環境：環境還好。有自助早餐是免費的這個很贊。另外小劉服務非常熱情，幫我們免費升級了房間，入住後還打電話回訪，耐心提醒，很有人情味，贊 。酒店服務人員都很客氣有禮貌，服務一等一的棒，房間很大，有大飄窗，樓下有二十四小時便利店，葯店以及餐館，類似一個小型步行街好吃的蠻多。下次還來。

位置很好，距離北站很近，環境也挺好，高大上。服務熱情禮貌，遇見就會主動打招呼，很温馨。房間設施、衞生也可以，乾淨舒適，非常不錯。下次還會繼續光顧的呦！

設施：設施齊全 基本上都有 可能沒有那麼先進 沒有智能馬桶
衞生：挺乾淨的 地毯不太好打掃 也不用你們注重細節
環境：附近就是商業街 飲食玩樂都很方便 且離地鐵站也近
服務：服務很好，免費早餐，超出預期，種類很多，不限量，小孩也不算錢，直接免費，煎蛋也是很好吃，各種各樣，雖然比不上豪華酒店，但是這個價位已經很好了
免費接送高鐵北站一次:這個服務真的很好，早上送女朋友去火車站，還給我接回來了，太感謝了
