We had a pleasant 2 nights stay at this hotel. The front desk staffs and the staffs from the restaurant provided excellent service. Special thanks to the front desk manager, Mr. Darren who has arranged a complimentary dried fruits plater to our rooms before our return from sightseeing. Will definitely choose the same hotel again the next time I go back to Xian.

Superd location, lots of eatery and shopping mall and Everbright Walking Street all are walkable spot. Breakfast is a great choice to start your day here.

By far the best hotel stay in Xi’an (stated at the ritz carlton, the famous westin, and the canopy by hilton) - highly recommend!
The hotel has great ambience and very well-managed with amazingly kjnd staffs.
Especially, our duty manager Maggie was very helpful and addressed our concerns very promptly with satisfactory solutions.
I will definitely visit here again whenever i come to xi’an!

On the way out, the hotel lady contacted me about the arrival time and other matters. After arriving at the hotel, because I was traveling with the elderly, I specially upgraded the room for free and arranged to live next door to the elderly for easy care. I was informed of nearby delicious food and performance times. It was very considerate! The brother at the door was polite and enthusiastic. He greeted everyone when entering and leaving and helped with the luggage. Not bad! The hotel is in a good location, close to the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps. I went back to rest directly after I was tired of shopping and eating. The only regret is that the breakfast is average, and there are not many varieties.
