酒店在鳳城七路明光路十字位置比較好找點,樓下出行方便,房間乾淨整潔,門口方便停車,距離4號線地鐵站比較近,去大雁塔很方便,房間床品舒服,前台服務可以,很不錯的體驗感,下次還會來!

辦理入住服務員愛理不理人，入住當天晚上浴室燈一直關不上，打前台電話問怎麼處理，第一個電話接了，説整個酒店衹有1個工作人員，沒法上來給我處理，讓我自己弄一弄，自己怎麼弄？後面又打了五個電話就不接了…最後一次終於接了，給我説她問好了給我説，結果一整夜都沒聯繫，第二天早上去前台反應，前台毫不在意，説本來就衹有一個人！堂堂四星啊，春節再忙，不可能才一個人值班吧！再説早餐，9點進餐廳，幾乎所有的菜飯都不補的，全是空的，9點29煮麪的人就已經到後廚去了，説時間到了，不煮了，三天早飯都沒吃到什麼東西

酒店位置還可以，跟瑾珵酒店在一個大廳，整體還是可以的，點評呢就是想説下服務，因為帶的吃的忘記拿筷子了，就想問下前台有沒有，有了哪怕我自己下去拿都行，不讓你們跑，前台反正有點不耐煩的説沒有，就直接掛了，搞的人挺無語的，也可能是我多事，看那個杯子有點那啥就又問了有沒有一次性杯子，也是一句沒有就掛斷，反正在這住了好幾次，這個服務搞的有點被嫌棄。
