Stayed at Ibis Hotel Guanji Street. The room was spacious and clean, with good facilities. Location is excellent — just a short walk to the Muslim Quarter and close to the subway. The hotel also provides free laundry and breakfast, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable

The hygiene was terrible. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smoky smell, and the bathroom reeked of smoke. Don't they check these things when cleaning? There were also grease stains on the side of the sink that hadn't been cleaned. The tissue box was almost empty after just a few pulls; they don't even bother to check that. Parking was also inconvenient for those driving. And it wasn't cheap. I do not recommend it.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis while in Xian for the first time and received excellent service from all the staff who helped with laundry, recommendations, and directions. The room itself is spacious with a large bed, but the AC could probably work a little better. Still, I am looking forward to returning during my next stay in Xi'an.
